Social media are the things we should not believe the most. The news is uncertain and sometimes it does not affect our portfolio too much. We should not listen to the words of journalists say, we have to design their own strategies to play with the market. That's the best way.

Social media is a good source for learning on how to use strategies and at what time. Just keep in mind that many traders offer their advice for a particular situation in a particular time.
You should design your own tactics, at your own pace. There is no guarantee that everything you see in these guides will work out for you the same way it did for posters. Keep learning, trade, and draw your own conclusions.

Careful with any tips that you may see or read or hear that comes from a third party that you do not know, if someone you have never seen or met or even know online tells you that some coin is going to skyrocket, take it with a grain of salt because there are many possibilities involved, he might be paid, he might be a shill and own some of those coins and he might be unresearched silly person just telling you he "feels" that way. In the end trusting any third party on social media, telegram, chats, forums anywhere, just be wary because you do not know the reason WHY he feels like that coins going places.

A better practice must be depending on our own analysis. Just think about who will care for our profits ? ourselves or someone from somewhere ?. I agree they are doing to earn something but their reliability will be very much less which may lead to unexpected collapse at any time.

Basically we all have different life energy. Social media as a source for learning can give lots of good, useful tips but as you said, not every advice or strategy will work same for calm and nervous person(for example). There has to be correction and adjusting to a character of an individual, in order to find a winning method.
Right.Sometimes another person's strategy will not work out for you unlike what it did for himself. So it's much better to focus on your own skillls and strategies and don't rely much on social media for your actions to take.Trust yourself and i'm sure with your own determination, success will come along the way.
One time you need consideration, and that's normal. a kind of doubt so it's difficult to determine attitude. you need other information and other media will provide assistance. I think you still need it maybe 20% of your decisions are obtained from other media including social media.

Investors should really avoid searching for trading tips and advice on social media, I think there are a lot of users who enjoys spreading negative news about crypto-currencies on social media platforms in order to make traders going into panic selling mode and this action often caused some traders to lose huge amount of money on trading.

I strongly agree with what you are discussing, everyone must realize that this is a situation where you have to decide yourself, strategically and must be sure of yourself, because when we lose no one will help us. believe in yourself and keep learning

utilizing your own experience is the best thing you can do and you can take just some advice not decisions from others. Because in trading no two situations are the same. Both scenarios are completely different and if you did something without planning then it is completely gambling. and you know the rules never gamble what you can not afford to lose.in trading your skills and your luck both play vital roles but if you do not learn from your mistakes then you are gonna fall a lot.

Virtually all strategies/tips you see in social media does not work 100%. Their are still some flaws in some. Every investor or trader should be careful of tips as this can be very dangerous as well in my opinion. You need to device your own strategy for investment/trading

Social media tips on cryptocurrency trading and investing activities can be beneficial,  but most time,  those advice are essentially selfish and deceitful! It's Important to compare and contrast different opinions before making any decision !
Tips in social media to attract attention and investment from the community are many, but not all projects utilize the power of the media. I believe that things are getting worse with the cryptocurrency market but I still put a lot of trust in the potential of this market.

I think that serious traders would not use social media tips for trading. Except for the fun maybe
Social media is not reliable and professional source of information related to cryptocurrency trading and could often be misleading. Don't use them as your basis for making decision, this could end with bad choices and possible loss. There are other platforms that could be used much better.

It is usually only an unserious minded person that will be focusing a lot of their attention on social media tips or some signals called by some so called traders all in the name of making profit and I feel laziness to learn is what has been a lot of people's problem.

The best way to always trade is to have the mindset to learn as much as you can and then practice to be able to call the shots yourself. Following other people's idea will make you to lose out a lot in the long run, because you may not know when the market is going awry and they are not there to bail you out.

It's alright to get knowledge from some social media but don't fall for everything it's said there. It's important to look for information from really reliable sources and not someone's opinions.
When you learn to judge people and their opinions then you will find it out easily to catch the real words. Even opinions are also helpful if someone experienced person guides you will help you out in understanding different things and the right decisions necessary to make on time. Social media is full of people and you have to take care of scammers so that you may not come under their trap.

The best advice is just don't even listen to any news (incl "expert" recommendations in any social channels) when trading. Use only your own strategy and tactics.
Sometimes their advice could help you to choose and make a decision on trading. Even though most of them are purely bullshit and you shouldn't follow them in the first, but following the expert recommendations might telling the truth sometimes. I'd recommend to read at least so you can have an insight.

often times it does affects your decision making

as you've rely on them thinking they can read or interpret the market accurately

but heck.. I'd unfollowed a lot of them

I'd rather read and follow those people tend to teach you how to read the market, than predict the market for you

This is true. Let make our own research and study because we are have the same path and were not the same of mind or strategy. So we need to be careful of anything we see in social media.

in my view, information circulating on social media (not all) provides misleading information or in other words those who publish it only seek profit for themselves and do not care about others. sorry if my words are wrong. Smiley

Some maybe useful but you have to be very vigilant about your decision making. Risk at you own trade and don’t panic.
