Oh wow, you didn't win an auction, just get over it and move on. There was no need to leave any negative feedback at all, not everyone's life revolves around this forum. It looks like bitcoin bob has been here for a while and now you've just ruined his account which in the long run will push him away. We need more people involved with bitcoin, not alienating people just because you didn't get the shiny toy you wanted - there are plenty more out there!

You should get your facts straight, I DID win the auction as I had the highest bid.

Trust was obviously violated as he did acknowledge he would sell the coins to both me and monkeynuts. Then he went back on it and sold both to a single bidder.

Hence the feedback.

It's not about the coin (i.e. "shiny toy"), it's about the principle as it could have been about 0.0001BTC or 10,000BTC and I would have still left the same feedback no matter the amount or item.

OK, for the record here, I have bought 2 of these coins from bitcoinbob, and recieved them today.

Bob did not want BTC escrow, so it was done as an ebay auction buy it now, and associated paypal payment, to provide me buyer protection (with me paying those fees, in order to get that protection). Small delay with paypal clearances, prior to coin despatch.

Coins are as described.

glad you are happy sorry I was away from here for a while, as you know I've been busy. I will get to giving you some trust on here.

I've updated my feedback left on your user/account to exclude the word "scammer" per your request.

Everything else I posted as feedback is either provable material fact OR my personal opinion.

Perhaps the more appropriate words I should have used are "duped" or "tricked" or "backed out" when talking about your claim to have sold the coin to another user that was originally and by your own terms and admission my coin won at auction.

You claim that I should have approached you differently or more professionally. Well my question was simple in wanting to know the status of the auction initially. Once I knew you had gone back on your own terms and claims of selling the coin to me and monkeynuts, I was righteously disappointed in your conduct and proceeded accordingly.

I have a legitimate complaint and justifiably so that is what the negative feedback is about.

I left you negative trust feedback for very clear reasons and within the guidelines of the forum rules/policy just like any other public auction website (ebay etc.).

In my opinion I do not think anyone should trust you to do what you say you will concerning your auction(s) and associated terms.

In the past 11 months I have done several dozen auctions of which I have communicated properly with my buyers who win the auction. If there is anyone who knows how to communicate with buyers of a product it is me and green positive trust feedback speaks for itself. So yes I would be someone of qualifying character to speak on such a topic as this in this community.

Why is it so difficult for you to admit you were wrong in your actions and own up to it?

**BTW if you want the word "scammer" removed from my other posts above in this thread you should report the post to a moderator and maybe they can help you with that.

I think it is highly ironic that the OP has backed out of his own auction after posting the above negative trust back in 2013

I am no attorney, however I don't think a legal notice can say "I" without first identifying who "I" is, and your supposed "notice" did not do this lol.

Now it appears that smoothie had made an offer to buy one of your coins for .13 BTC. I think it is pretty clear that you accepted his offer when you said you would sell to both smoothie and the person who bid immediately prior to him. I don't see anything about having the option to back out of the deal anywhere in the thread, including up to now, so by default  there was the intention to create legal consequences. There was consideration a smoothie offered to buy your coin in consideration for .13 btc.

Can mr non-practicing attorney tell me what that means?

Ah, Might as well put that law degree to good use as I haven't practiced for a few years since I moved to Europe. Someones got to shut the little punk up have you seen his threads, he picks on so many people, sometimes you have to stand up to a bully. I'll throw 500 bucks at a court case just for the hell of whenever someone Googles liana coin the first thing they will see is a court action in the hawaii district court. its only $75 to file I just spoke to the clerk. its only 1pm there she just went to lunch.

I just hate being bullied, and use the tools I have to fight back Smiley

I will definitely be watching this and see how all of this ends. I am aware that a lot of people in this forum have menaced other users with bringing things to court but no one actually did.

Nowhere in your auction is there a payment address to send payment as well. I presume you expect your buyers to request this? That is a bit backwards.

You said "let's do this tomorrow" yet I never took that as "hey guys PM me alto get payment addresses to pay"

I've left you negative feedback because of this. You seriously need to reconsider how you operate when selling goods.

This is definitely scammer type actions you are demonstrating.

Ah wait. this could be interesting.

Auctions are taken pretty seriously around here. If you do not honor you bid or do not follow through with the terms of your auction then you are breaking an agreement (aka scamming). I did see where the OP specifically said that he would sell to both smoothie and to monkeynuts, although smoothie won the auction as per the terms of the OP.

Just because the auction does not finish as high as you want it to be does not mean that you have any right to not sell to the winner at that price.

Yes as being one of the most active auction users on this forum I would say that going back on your terms and selling to someone else whether or not it has to do with price is essentially scamming.

Buyer beware and anyone looking to do business with bitcoin_bob should do so with extreme caution.
There is a reason why auction posts are not able to be edited/deleted. The majority of the time it is because the buyer backs out, but the seller backing out is just as bad. When you bid on something you need to put money aside to pay for it, and may end up having to pass up on another deal because you need to be sure you have enough money to pay for your bid.

Fact: I won the auction based on your terms.

Fact: you failed to communicate a payment address which is your responsibility.

Fact: you never asked me to send you a PM.

Fact: you sold a coin I won in this auction fair and square and you sold it to lower bidders. Some of which PMed me they bought it.

Fact: you are now a scammer in my eyes. Deal with it.

to be honest I don't care as the whole world seems to be a scammer in your eyes judging from your feedback. Do you even know what the definition of a scammer is or is it just some buzz word that you like to use?

You seem to have an ego problem, "My high bid which was the highest of all bids should scream to you" sorry but some of us have lives outside of a computer forum, so no I am not sat waiting for the words of a child to appear on my screen and make me jump to.

Pathetic, I don't have any more words for you. Stroke your ego and put some shitty reply here, as no doubt your ego cant rsist the last word, then as mike said to walter white, let me die in peace.
looks like your trust feedback speaks for itself. Have a nice day.

One more thing. You told me you already sold my coin to another buyer despite my bid being the highest bid.

Asking you to change the transaction would be a waste of everyone's time.

Just like you wasted my time putting up an auction where clearly I bid the highest and still got nothing in the end but empty promises of a coin that you claimed to have already sold to another user.

totally unfair, low ball action simply because your having a hissy fit that you didnt get your lollypop?

I had 2 deadbeat bidders on the coin auctions already and I had to pay to one member here some BTC for a commissioned piece of artwork, so I would have been dammed if I do and dammed if I dont.

what is wrong with this community, seriously people. Jumping up to rip each others throats off and stop people from trying to build a community. You couldn't even be bothered to be nice and say, hey, I really want one of those, instead, directly to the negative rating to just make one more person say bitcoin....what a waste and then move on. From a person who seems to make a living off this community I would have thought harmony is in your best interestes instead of looking like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

So, to explain my actions

first auction:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/casascius-1btc-2011-redeemed-auction-3-days-ends-7pm-utc-1004704

DEADBEAT BIDDER never paid,

then here on ebay;

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261822994426?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649

Deadbeat bidder never paid;

I commissioned some art work

which I then had to pay for because I didnt have any flipping bitcoin due to the deadbeat bidders so I ended up having to buy one with fiat

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/i-need-1-btc-will-pay-with-uk-bank-transfer-1011564

then commisoned some SEO work

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11009492

which I also have to pay for.

So lets look at the facts.

FACT: ive been dicked around on here.

FACT: im trying to actually bring some economy to the Bitcoin community, which I could have just taken to Odesk, people per hour etc.

To do this I need my sales to go through.

FACT: I did say on my auction I will deal with it but heard nothing back.

FACT: the damn IM sytem on these forums makes it hard to see who you have sent what to who, layering messages from one subject on another, not showing sent until replied etc.

so,

FACT: people contacted me and, then,

FACT: I sold the coins to them.

And in the confusion, of all the deadbeat bidders and crap above, whilst trying to actually make some economy (which is what bitcoin is about right?) I sadly missed out on getting you a coin, so your response as a senior, hightly rated business head and pillar of the bitcoin community was.....

FACT: throw a hissy fit, fuck my 2 year old account up, and try and make it as difficult as possible to do business in the forums by labeling me as a scammer just because I took the chance of some non deadbeat bidders for something? And you didnt even come back on my comment when I said I sold it and ask for an explanation, or maybe ask if I could ask one of the other bidders to change their mind?

Really, what the fuck?
