localbitcoins, or google "bitcoin atm" they are in a lot of major cities now. You can even try posting a craigslist advertisement saying you are buying bitcoin for cash locally. It has worked for me in the past, just be careful when you meet up. Do it at a public place with free wifi, and be sure to get the coins before you hand over the cash.

If you really want to be as anonymous as possible with it, park down the road and walk to the meeting place (mcdonalds, starbucks etc.) or have a friend drive you. This is to avoid being identified by license plates. However if you aren't worried about anonymity it's much easier.

Anyone knows how to turn cash into bitcoin.

Is this a serious question or do you just open a stupid thread for your paid sig?

Use exchanges or localbitcoins, if you want to remain anonymous by government, find a local dealer.

^This.

Find local traders who deal in cash and have good trade history, set-up a deal, meet at a crowded place and make trade.

try coinbase or bittrex and sometimes it depends on what country you're in.

well any exchange can do that, just transfer them on your debit card, use circle if you need them faster

if you mean directly, then you can only do it in your zone, face to face
