My brother had invested in bitcoin where market price has down to 3K usd. Seeing the current market and the needs arisea, my brother had cash out already and I am not surprise that he trippled his money investment. Good for.him but I think it must be hold still if I were on his side. The only problem is that I am not control of his money and seeing him profited in bitcoin makes me regret why I am.not investing and risking money during the bear market.

i would atleast keep some of the money if it goes up more , that way he atleast earned some and is still in the game to collect more if it rises even more, he would realy kick him self it it goes to 20k in a couple of weeks lol

It depends on the motivation, I guess. If one is simply profit-oriented, then 3x profit is great. If it's more about investing in the future, trusting the whole thing and stuff - of course, you are right that cashing out now is too early, and perhaps there won't be no cashing out at all. At the same time, I'd be proud of your brother. I think that many people don't have enough confidence and are too greedy to ever cash out. You know, they just invest and watch their investment grow to never truly use it in real life. I have a distant relative who got lucky with a harsh but very well-paying job back in the days of the Soviet Union and had enough money to buy 10 flats in a great city. Instead, he bought one small flat on the outskirts of the city and did nothing with the rest of his savings. After some time, these savings became worthless, so he never really used them for anything. If a person cashes out, at least it's the first step towards really changing one's life with the profits. Its really important for an investor to make entry on proper time and your brother did that properly. There was a time when some people were so much tensed about bitcoin future but they got their answer just in a short time. As a crypto user and lover i always suggest my friends to invest on bitcoin and who take it seriously they are enjoying their profit now.
Its just a beginning of bitcoin price build up in my own view and hopefully very soon we will be able to see much price jump. worldwide peoples are getting used to with BTC and now they know that its future is bright enough. Crypto community is getting bigger day by day and we are starting to get the results of that.

he already had a profit, that was enough for him. in this market is need to set a goal, for example the person must know the time that he will be willing to hold, the profit he hopes to obtain and the loss he expects to obtain in the event of an eventual price decrease. this must all be very well planned

Did you ever wonder if the price had dropped to $1000 for example? if had fallen to $1000, you would be seeing your brother crying because he was losses. You can not predict the future, but you can make a plan so that it is possible to reduce your losses

Everyone should make up theirself when they will cash out.
I cashed out half of BTC when the price doubled. The rest I will hold until BTC goes much higher (> 30000$) or when I need some money.

That is not usual for all the people, there are still some people invested on Bitcoin when it was around 15k USD. if you check those people's situation they might not sold the Bitcoin for they have invested if there is any hard situation they might be sold the Bitcoins what they have.

Very intelligent move with the 3x that is an optimal play.
Luckily I did not sell it when the price dropped yesterday, because I myself was convinced that bitcoin did have enormous potential. So there are no regrets who come to me, just a little sorry, why I don't know bitcoin after a month bitcoin was created.
Regret for missing good opportunities does exist, but we shouldn't be fall in remorse. There is still plenty of time for us to get the same luck with what your brother has got. Recently bitcoin is in the good trend and it could be the ideal time to buy some.

I think having three times profit is a good move already. I mean, bitcoin gain that price with a little long time but it could get down so fast again. You regretted doing it. So I assume you now know what to do next time knowing how much your brother made. Just take note of the risks you're taking. While Bitcoin can 3x in no time, it can also crash 3x or even higher in no time.
Right, what we are experiencing now is not permanent it is might be high at the moment but it can go down big time as well, the market is very unpredictable. I think your brother is already happy of the x3 profit that he got that is why cash out, or he is afraid it might go down in the coming days because we really can’t tell if the trend now will continue.

I have been here and keep investing in bitcoin, there is no cryptocurrency enthusiasts that won't always be interested in bitcoin investment. I admire your brother's courage for investing in bitcoin when it was very low. I hope he doesn't miss the next big pump of bitcoin.
Fortunately, I still hold bitcoin so far although I already some of my bitcoin and rebuy bitcoin back. I don't have regret to sell too early because I have some reason why I sold the bitcoin. I buy bitcoin at $3k and still hold the most amount of bitcoin because I see bitcoin situations now can increase higher more than the last year. That is why I still waiting for the price to increase more than $20k, but I don't close the chance to sell some bitcoin if I need money for my life.

You should probably have invested too, I bought some when was still around 5k USD and sold them when it reached 7k USD due to financial needs. I bought again at 8k and now I am still holding. I think I would sell this when it'll reach around 16k. The only thing that people has is now cowardice and if they won't let it go, then it will be too late for them to ride the tide when it goes booming again.
