I've had issues in the past using PayPal, but they do have some level of verification. Specifically name, address, tel, bank or CC, etc. The risk here is the chargeback. I suppose if you trust the person you're trading with you're OK.

The best way to go get off the books is a form of cash.

You can do it by localbitcoins and do it all in cash. Which I would recommend before that paypal option.

Instead of Virwox, ask a trusted reputed trade ron bitcointalk to do the trade for you and buy your bitcoins.

why you want to cashout to paypal only, there is risk of chargeback later
you can directly withdraw to your bank account via some exchanges or sell them for other currencies that don't revert transaction

Unless you absolutely know who you're dealing with and are confident they wouldn't claim for a chargeback after you send the coin, I'd highly recommend cashing out via some other payment system.
Agree, Paypal is HUUUUUUUUUGE risk to you at this situation.

Just use localbitcoins and try and do it in smaller amounts to avoid a chargeback.

You can find lots of trusted users who will pay 15%+ fee for your bitcoin (using paypal) .. Just check currency exchange subforum

Depends on what you consider trusted. For what I consider trusted, he will have a very hard time finding someone willing to buy at 15%. Be very careful dealing with members here that will pay high fees like that..
