For visitors, it redirects to nothing. Commonly, when a guest clicks something like deposit, it should be redirected to another page that's containing that page for depositing.

It's just a small fix for devs.

But the rate was not good at all.

If you compare on some casinos who have the ability to exchange between other cryptocurrencies, let's say Crypto games the rate was really different with the current market price around 3-5%. So, not everyone will use exchange cryptocurrency on a casino they will better convert the crypto on exchange instance casino because the big jump convert rate.

I'm one of those who do not use internal exchange on gambling site. I play regularly on some sites with this feature but I have never used it, so I wonder how many gamblers are truly using internal exchange on a casino. Is the demand that high? Frankly speaking I doubt it, so I do not think that internal exchange is something really needed on a gambling site. There are many other important things to consider by casineos, internal exchange should not be one of the priority imho.

Nope he did not stop, I finished on 6th and I can confirm that I received the 240XRP. As what I said previously that I wont be able to compete for top 5 and I was right Grin

I can say that it is profitable race for me because the prize I got is more than what I lost during the race. I lost 100XRP lol, so this race gave me more than 100% profit from my initial deposit. What next? Another wagering race or other different competition/contest?

If the maintenance takes more than 1 hour, it will good if you can inform us by email or simply a pop-up or plain text on your website.
also, I don't know if this event already exists in the past, but a weekly/monthly referral contest might be worth trying.

I think they're already back now it's not something serious I also think some of the casinos have that kind of updates some only took around 5-10 mins so I don't think they need to announce it but for some users it's a little bit important to them.

This is only small issue they make announcement about it but only in chat box that's why many are confuse that time I also suggest that make announcement about the maintenance in mail notifications so every one will be aware for the ongoing updates next time . In addition this maintenance only happen in less than a day and back again to normal after that .

It's now up.

There's nothing to worry about them. Other casinos do experience the same problem and they are fixing it quickly. As soon as possible, they are maintaining the operations back.

The site's up and back and the complain was a few days ago and it's been solved already.

As mentioned by everyone the site was in maintenance mode and was slow in responding yesterday.
Also note that they are new casino in the market and still in the development process. They will bring in new games and hopefully more markets to bet on, in the future.

Yes same thing is happening with me , whenever i tried to connect to the site it shows me "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".
Moreover we can also see that, the official forum account of the admin is still inactive from the last 6-7 days.

I think next time that the casineos team do their maintenance, they need to at least give an announcement to the their thread or social media. Sometime there is a sudden unscheduled maintenance on any sites, this make the owner have no time to post an announcement earlier.

What people (users) can do is waiting patiently. In this case, casineos is holding some funds on escrow for the signature campaign.
So connecting the maintenance on the site with the signature campaign then say that something fishy is going on is not making any senses at all IMO.
I'm not defending casineos personally, just saying it based on the available situation about the case.

i agree that users should be patient sometimes but this is not only about patient i think it is also a matter of convenience and trust if people need to wait a little but before settlements take place or withdrawals to be processed that will not be a problem at all but people should have confidence in the site and the way they are working and if you see simple problems not solved or a website is down, i think these days that should never happen that you can not reach a website a website must be online 100% all the time and when there is maintenance they should make a page for this and not a page where you see the site is down then people will start to worry about their funds
