I agree with you about the chat support now. Things would be so much easier and faster if there was a wider chat for support. It's all about getting the help you need when you need it. I don't particularly "like" or "hate casino features, but what I do have are features that I want to see more casinos doing. First off is superb customer service. As of the moment no casino's got an active customer service center where users can call and reach them without the delay or hardship that comes with it nowadays. A call hotline, text center, and something along those lines will actually be a nice pace of change they can take.
Another will be better ways to secure a customer's account. I don't mind KYC, and in my opinion, while it's not the best way to secure your account out there, it's not the worst either. However, at some point casinos must realize that there are ways to secure a customer's account without jeopardizing their identity. So a better security measure than the common KYC must be available for the taking out there.

i believe in most casinos, they are more active in chat support nowadays. so for me, to actually call their support center is not a thing anymore. you can already get fast answer via their chat features.

That is a risk that will always exist as many parents are not really that knowledgeable about the current technology and they have been left behind by far by it, and as such a smart kid can use the information of their parents to create accounts in any casino they may want and gamble that way, and this is especially true if we are talking about cryptocurrencies, because when it comes to fiat then at least the parents could catch the kid by reading their bank statement, something not possible when a kid is using their own money which they have stored on their bitcoin wallet. Honestly, when COVID hit, there were too many fiat casinos I've tried. The one that stands out the most is the one with percentage cashback. It's not a crypto casino but a fiat casino with unique games that make me play the ones I like in malls. I don't know if it was the cashback or the fish game, but I played for almost a few months before it became a scam. It's no longer paying the withdrawal, but I play until it's not working.

One of the features that always kept me in the same casino is the instant deposit. Only a few crypto casinos have them because most casinos prefer not to increase the risk on their side for the convenience of their players. Another feature is the freedom to choose from different crypto when withdrawing your balance from their casino. It's so annoying to me passing through series of kyc when opening a gambling account with an online casino and also with when making withdrawal the KYC passage is a boring process to my liking and that has made me scarcely use kyc casinos , it's just ones in a while use.

I don't like the transfer fee or withdrawal fee but then I need to get used to it, I am dealing transactions in crypto so I need to used to it that in every sell or buy I need to pay fee, one more thing I don't like is that KYC is implemented though I understand the reason why but I am always doubtful to it that my identity might be stolen but I don't have a choice I need to abide to it. 
For me being at a physical casino versus and online casino I see them as two entirely different things. The main reason I stopped going to in person casinos was because they allowed for smoking and I can't stand cigarette smoke (weed smoke, no problem). True, I am constantly addicted to local casinos but during the Covid period all these activities were closed, but then it was an online casino and I always worked in the casino through profit and loss.
