I have read your post history. You had also the same case with Justbit. Why it's happening only with you? Maybe something suspicious happened. Or the Security team suspects anything suspicious.

Btw based on their terms it's okay if they request KYC. But did you receive the withdrawal or you did not pass the KYC?

Its important to read the fine print. Their terms of service clearly state that they reserve the right to request KYC verification, even if your deposit or withdrawal is in crypto. That means that they can ask for your personal information at any time.
