I read your terms but somehow missed the part where I need to post there. As nobody posted username in time of reading. And I'm not about 0.011BTC.
Why?
- You are not asking for 2FA on withdraw.
- You are pointing 2 different withdraw time:

"Your withdrawal request is under process. You will get the transaction id below once your withdrawal is processed.
Expected Time Frame: 30 Minutes to 12 Hours"
And I guess withdraw are complete manual as mine is still pending.

If you have enabled 2FA in your account, you will be asked for 2FA during login. We feel that should be sufficient for a user. User may get annoyed if the site asks for 2FA every time. I have personally got annoyed in such cases when i use to play in other sites. Hence we never enabled 2FA for withdrawals. If many people requests for this feature, we can implement it.

During the business hours, withdrawals are processed within few minutes. Some times it may take up to 12 hours.
Your withdrawal is already processed. Yes the withdrawals are manually approved. Earlier we had auto withdrawal and few players tried duplicate withdrawals. Hence we made it semi automatic. We just have to check the account and approve or decline the withdrawal requests. Most of the times, it is processed in less than 30 minutes.
Regarding the fee, we do not charge any fee for us. Only the network fee is deducted automatically from the requested amount.
