So how is it? Is there any new update here for wagering X amount to hit some jackpot is pretty good but with higher people do not really like it. People will want to have chance for any tier to hit some jackpot like panjul said so may be you want to work this out you should make every tier can win this jackpot from the lowest untill the highest. I can suggest spread it on many tiers better because I only see there is 2 options for play either to win 5% or 50% there is nothing more

I made 3 times the profit and withdrawn the money. got the coins to my wallet. but the transaction was processed only after few hours. i guess it is a manual process.
after i got the transaction id, it took 2 hours to credit in my wallet.

Yeah paying 1000 sats per byte is not a good idea. We never stopped any withdrawals. We are processing all the withdrawals with the fee of 300 sats per byte...
What you guys should do and what more services/exchanges/gambling sites should do is process withdraws with RBF enabled.
That way you can set a low withdraw fee such as 100 Sats/byte and usually within 12-24hours those transaction will get processed during the night when the demand is low. If it doesn't get processed after 12-24 hours then you manually bump up the fee. This way you can still get it confirmed if there is a huge amount of transactions that get added to the network all of a sudden.
This happened to me last week, transactions were cheap and I used a 30 Sat fee and it didn't get confirmed until today.
RBF is not easy to do when we are processing large number of transactions. If a large number of transactions are delayed, again we have to pump up the fee. We are looking for a better option for this. Still working on it.

Just visited site for the first time and here what I find quite bad;

20.000 satoshi withdrawal fee is very low nowadays,I had a withdrawal stuck at a different site
for full four days now,with 75 satoshi/byte fee and it seems that it is not going to confirm any time soon or at all
with 100k pending transactions,it would be wise to uppen the minimal fee to at least 30.000 or risk
people have their withdrawals stuck and complain
you can always lower it later once the congestion is not that bad
Yes now there is a big delay in getting the transactions confirmed. We are paying 300 satoshi/byte fee at the moment. The transactions gets confirmed in 4 to 5 hours. I think this should be fair enough.
Don't feel bad, at least you were processing transactions. And 300 sats fee is more than fair. Its crazy to pay up to 1000 sats/byte for these small to moderate type of transactions.
The last transaction spam was so bad that even the major Gemini bitcoin exchange, closed all their withdraws and deposits until the situation reversed itself.
