The license is needed to get good games, good, fast and legal payment providers, that may help customers not only get their payments fast and secure(both incoming and outgoing) but also be able to show their payments as legal, in the strict jurisdictions. It is unfair because it is against transparency and obviously it is not explained on the rules if users can submit it through support email. You asked users to post screenshot in the tournament thread only, no optional ways to participate so you are breaking your own rules. If you do it then you are not professional imho.
It is just small amount of prizes but if you cant be professional by sticking on your own rules, how you expect people will be interested on another (maybe) bigger tournament that you are going to held in the future?
As being said by whis on the other thread, you are building "doubt" at the end of the tournament.
