I hope that it happen soon and more people will adopt crypto as day-to-day method of payment. Generally I believe it will happen after new regulation to be implemented and as a result people would make payments in terms of law. It is important,because recently I've read article about US women to be sentenced like for 1 year because she changed crypto via local bitcoin.

Really, many states have not yet defined laws for crypto-currencies

This is bad for traders who holds anonymous coin well, I don't blame the government they just want to control the overall transaction of cryptocurrency.
Well if hackers would definitely hack the system of Japan trading they couldn't use any anonymous coin thus they will use other coins for transaction.

Japan has no intention to really ban cryptocurrency in their country but they just going to ban those which are anonymous cryptocurrencies to them that means those cryptocurrencies that is acknowledged by japan are still operated to their country. So theres no need to be afraid.

actually no one be afraid because in you just follow the mandatory procedure which is passing registration of their FSA they make it sure no one be fraud and all are legal process.

Yes that is true, just follow the main rules and regulations of their countries and there will be no fraud or scam that will be happening. These countries like japan just want to make sure that all of the things that come in and out of their country have a legal basis and that is the reason why they just banned those anonymous cryptocurrencies not those cryptocurrencies that they know.
