In addition to the references already posted, I'll give a plug for Poloherb's site: http://www.cryptophysical.com/

As far as value goes, it's very difficult to judge unless it's still being sold by the manufacturer or it's one of the more popular coins (Casascius, Lealana, Ravenbit, etc). Most physical bitcoin varieties tend to have low mintages (100 or less).  The price is based on a lot of factors including the condition of the coin, perceived scarcity, reputation of the seller, and the price of bitcoin.  For some coins, they come up for sale once in a blue moon so putting an approximate value on it can be nearly impossible.

The most complete catalogue/list is elianite's "Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoins and Crypto-Currencies". I also keep a list of all my coins and items, but I'm not sure how much that helps you.
Thank you Mitchełł for both links. And you are a great collector  Cool really amazing collection of coins!

When a coin is offered in the market there isn't any guide for the price?
So I don't know what is the value of Casascius 1 btc from 2013 ...
Only big G and search on internet?

I would post your coins and we can give you an approximate value on coins. Other than that you'll be looking at eBay and the bazaar website.

There is a database or a catalogue about the different coins issued until now?
I see a lot of different brands  and type of coins, various editions, various years.
Any way to see a sort of "list" of all coins =!?! (and maybe with relative price?)
