This is a bad thing for ethereum holders. Remember that futures is not the same as an ETF. The reason bitcoin tanked is because of the futures investors manipulating the prices, whereas an ETF will bring real investors that will pump the prices. Ethereum holders should prepare for a pump and dump nearer the time

It will be nice, itay help restore the falling prices of Ethereum which has been dwindling for some time now. The bitcoin futures impacted the prices of bitcoin a bit, maybe same will happen with ETH futures
If this will push through then eth holders will be grateful though iit isn't official like we can just celebrate if CBOE had already confirm this. It seems that this will be the biggest leap of eth and what everyone is waiting for. Yet I still don't put my hopes high for now as many things can possibly happen within 4 months.

This is a welcoming development and this will make the crypt currency to go mainstream and get adopted by various government of the world, and i wish it will scale through.

Indeed, this news can positively affect the growth of the price of Etherium, but do not forget about the history of Bitcoin futures, which first sent the price to BTC to 20,000 USD, and now it was lowered for half a year to 6,000 USD.
