B> I've never told him to give it for free, if you had any reading comprehension I told him it would be MORE profitable for him if he just spread it out for free (no "donation") at 2% than limiting his clients to those dumb enough to pay a fee for his miner, or as he calls it, a "donation". and C> He's just a drop in the bucket of devs of miners, I've never used a single of his miners because he's never had the community's best interests at heart, he's always had his own interests at heart. Why does he charge .05btc? It's simple, because only morons like you pay that up front not understanding there's a new miner upgrade every 2 weeks and they all have more or less the same stats. -Fixed a bug when mining in low difficulty (cpu validation errors, and lower reported hashrate to the console/pool)
-Less rejected shares. (job id not found)

AFAIK it's because he doesn't have security in place to prevent people from circumventing his fee. So what's worth more, a straight up donation or people pirating your work? It's already happened in the past so thinking it wont happen is pretty whimsical at best.

PHI sp-mod #2 was released yesterday, and the final speed of the sp-mod is not set (more speed is comming).
Sp-mod #2 does 7.3 @ 70% tdp. (and more if you use the pill or increase the power) 7.5MHASH ++
The sp-mod is the fastest and most profitable phi2 miner for NVIDIA maxwell/pascal cards to date.
