there is no reason to have at faster speed either they are fine with this % of speed, less than 50° i have as a temps so...

the point is that you can easily avoid their problems not that they have no problem...

In other news my new Gigabyte 1070 fans are starting to fail. Just as I called out months ago. They still use the same shit fans on the new 1070s as the old 970s. Those half-height low profile fans. They fail after 6-12 months of use. Cheesy

It's funny the cards are great, but their fans are absolute trash. Not much I can do about it except maybe resell to get rid of the cards. Still better then the Zotac AMP cards (the double fan two slot coolers).

My first test was without oc and compiled with cuda 8.0.

sp-mod #80 (1.5.80) does 520MHASH on the gtx 1070 with oc. I think skeinmod #1 will be around 17% faster @ 608MHASH.
I will tune it for the 1060 3gb first. takes time. slow compilation.
