-Now compiled and adjusted for cuda 7.5
-Faster quark on compute 5.2 devices
-Neoscrypt is 50% slower.
-Most algos are slower or same speed.(0-5%)
1.5.75(sp-MOD) is available here: (9-dec-2015)

The sourcecode is available here:

Please post you hashrates guys.
like i was mentioning many times earlier - cuda 7.5 was working and compiling fine on my fedora 22 x64 systems ... and were on par - if not better ( by a little bit ) than cuda 6.5 ...
now that you are tuning the kernels to this compile - this should be a nice update in hashrate - though the rates that a lot of people are getting here are in no way related to what im getting on stock clocks ...
ill test today if there is any chance to ...
tanx for new update sp ...
#crysx

I have just tuned a few kernals in quark and x11 (qubit). Lyra2v2, neoscrypt, x13,x14,x15,x17 etc. will be done later. Optimizing for compute 5.0 is hurting 5.2 performance. I should split the kernals and make seperate versions.

New compiler alot of work..

Please donate some beers Smiley

I have now upgraded the project to cuda 7.5
Submitted some adjustments and quark +300KHASH on the gtx 970.
It will take some time to repair the lost hashrate since the compiler has changed.
x11,x13,x15 is down.
lyra2v2 is down.
Good timing choice. Now that the profit is down, better do the spring cleaning, to be ready when it'll go up again ;-)
I'll have a look at neoscrypt as soon as possible. I already tried 7.5 some months ago with no luck, maybe the new drivers are better. I'm just very busy this week and the next, I should have some free time to work on it after that.

Neo scrypt is broken in cuda 7.5.
But I will build release 75. Quark is up 150khash on the 960 and 300khash on the 970

There are some dirty tricks to make it work on 6.5 that are probably messing with 7.5: part of the code, when simplified and compacted, works fine on 7.5, but slower.

You need to wait some more. I will re-tune all the kernals, and hopefully the speed will be restored in all algos.

I have managed to reach cuda 6.5 speed now with some register tweaking /launch bounds on the 750ti.
But on the gtx 970 x11 is still 5% slower with cuda 7.5

RELEASE dot 75 --

Compiled with CUDA 7.5?  Well, hmmm.  I am hoping for stability, even if the speed is a tiny bit less.  Keeping a watch for the actual release, now...       --scryptr

Another overclock my card: MSI afterburner - Core 1461(+220)/Mem 2700(+0)/Temp 62/Fan 52% - Lyra2V2 - 5250kH

Is it stable? Other users report that they can't get their 750ti cards to overclock more than 1360 without crashing. I guess it's because the asic quality of the chip, or the cooler. Factory overclocked card seems to be the best, but they are more expensive.

Some numbers from my new 970 rig.
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Tiger OC

Rig:
Asrock H81
Celeron G1820
8Gb ram (16gb virtual memory set)
Silverstone Strider 1200w v2
3xMSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Tiger OC
Powered USB Risers
SSD Hard Drive

Stock clocks: 1102/1753
sp-MOD 1.5.74

why do you use SSD?

Why not?
It's well suited for a mining rig as it draws less power.

They're also about as cheap as a mechanical as long as you don't need a lot of space, which you don't for a mining rig. Makes driver and troubleshooting much faster as well.
Yeah they are pretty cheap these days.
I have 32GB/64GB drives in all rigs.
The disks are reused from older gpu rigs i built a few years ago.

What could be the root cause of this error (win 8.1)?

https://imgur.com/OhBqleV
Increase virtual memory.
Control Panel - System - Advance System settings - Advanced - Performance

or you need to reduce your instance variable (the -i 23.85) keep lowering it until u don't get the error.
