I don't think that such thing would happen. Jacky Dorsey can have it his way. He can ban Elon Musk if he wants. But this won't cause Jack Dorsey to be the king or something like that of Bitcoin. If Elon Musk is banned, then he'd find another way to prevent it from happening.

Btw, why would Jack Dorsey want to do such thing? It seems like they have a really good relationship.

Your idea isn't going to happen practically and I don't see any reason why Twitter should ban Elon although I don't like manipulation. You know very well that Elon is enough technical person enough to create a stronger social media than Twitter. Both Elon and Jack is Bitcoin fan, shouldn't ban each other. A lot of persons or organizations Tweeting about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, should ban all of them? It wouldn't be a solution by the way. Let's look for other possible solutions if you have.

While Elon has a lot of influence on markets in general, banning him on Twitter is definitely not the way to go. Not to mention that it's a really really bad decision for Twitter if they'd do something like this. I mean, Elon has A LOT of followers. Twitter banning Elon just to prevent price manipulation is just like stabbing themselves in the back.

That has nothing to do with Elon Musk because any statement that he can do towards crypto can really make the market move.

Banning him in twitter is not enough because there are a lot of platforms that supports him.

People are also afraid of the market and only relying on Elon Musk because they think that he is the only one who manipulate the market.

Bitcoin is still new and has a smaller market cap than other investments that one famous person on Twitter can influence the prices of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
This is partly the truth, his quite an influencer but the pandemic has made people to be online more than usual and with a few retweets of what Elon tweets about gets people excited and for all we know word travels faster on these online channels.

I am not a huge fan of Musk manipulating the market for his benefit but i am not in favor of banning him from Twitter solely because of that, if he is conveying fake news then then Twitter will tag him as manipulated news and till now Musk is smart enough to avoid these tags because he is just voicing his opinion and you cannot ban someone for just voicing his opinion.
I would like this to happen but fact of the matter is Musk has both feet dipped in cold and hot water such that at times he creates a bullish atmosphere for crypto which we all love but when he means to be bearish this is the part about him that we all hate him for..

You have to understand that influential people don't control the price of Bitcoin, they only control the minds of the buyers...

getting banned elon musk from twitter is a useless job, elon and jack dorsey are friends so they won't offend anyone. We can't control Elon's followers, all we can do is remind ourselves and friends not to be influenced by Elon's tweets.

Although I do not support that Elon is speculating in his own name in cryptocurrency through Twitter, but in my opinion, prohibiting writing posts is a rather biased attitude towards his user, especially since Elon made his own name and has every right to write whatever he wants .. ...

It's another hell of an idea, But I believe it won't work, even Jack Dorsey will ban Elon Musk out of Twitter, and then what's the difference? for me, it's nothing but complete nonsense, why blaming Elon Musk for just a simple tweet? blame those people who picked and believe those tweets as a piece of advice from Elon Musk. it's crazy but it was really happening because of those simple tweets of Elon many noobs, investors, speculator's funds are burned.

Banning Elon Musk will not solve the problem and he can also use other social media to execute his plans. Although it might not be that effective but for him because if how significant Tweeter is and quick to dispatch information. The market is going to get to a level where intended manipulation will no longer have serious effect on the market. The Bitcoin market is growing and very soon, it will be difficult to shake the market.

but not only on twitter Elon Musk can express his opinion. there are still many ways, so even though his account is suspended, he still has various ways to spread his influence. so the twitter CEO doesn't have the power to make elon stop saying anything about crypto.

Twitter can't just ban anyone for no reason. You could be saying Elon is trapping people and manipulating the market, but he is going to defend himself by saying that he is just a big fan of dogecoin and wants it to be successful. He is going to prove it by showing us that he is helping the developers to make the network much better. He is not forcing anyone to invest or sell their bitcoin. That would be a really sad move if they ban Elon from twitter.

He is not indulging into any direct violations of the twitter policies for which his account can be banned or issue 14 days notice to him but he is manipulating the Market with h is influential relationship with his 58.5 Million followers on this social platform and they can't give him a ban.The main problem is people blindly following him and making it so easy for him to just tweet and turn the prices for any coin.So people need to be their own decision maker rather than making Elon account suspended because it's not gonna happen.

There are good answers like mk4 and tranthidung and other guys who have shared their reason why Jack can't ban Elon Musk from Twitter.
Elon Musk has not violated Twitter's rules.
The idea that Elon Musk is manipulating the market as a great influencer I think he was born spontaneously, he could not know the future. Traders are manipulating the market according to one of these euphoric events.

Constantly when I see a sudden change in the market I am in search of knowing in the digital media what the news is.
In my opinion, The B Word event was a good reunion with Musk and the bitcoin community and Jack as an ambassador for Peace.

I generally don't support censorship, and Elon definitely didn't say anything bad enough to justify the ban.
It is the crowd who are responsible for what they want to read, follow, listen to, etc. If they consider Elon Musk as manipulator, and annoying, they can unfollow him. If they follow him and let his tweets affect themselves, they can not blame it on Elon.

Banning loud voices we don't like is not the way. Instead, we should make them less influential by stopping paying so much attention to them. And besides, it's not like Musk really has immense power over the market. He has tons of power when it comes to shitcoin (thinking of babydoge now), but Bitcoin is strong, so his tweets can only cause minor temporary changes, similar to those that occur naturally with the fluctuating price.
They reacted to a simple tweet with a Bitcoin logo and broken heart very panic. If they have emotional reaction like this, they will be manipulated by others, not only by Elon Musk.

I also agree with mk4 that such an act can prove ineffective and have a backlash with people paying even more attention to Musk, and getting very angry with Bitcoin, arranging a boycott or something like that.
Because people think Elon Musk has huge power so they give him huge power on the market.

Honestly, beside his tweets that make many cryptocurrency users disappointed, I think Elon Musk also promote cryptocurrency especially bitcoin well. In my opinion, he make many people learn more about bitcoin and start to invest in it. However market price manipulation by using self popularity is not a good thing, there are some of celebrities in my country who are warned because promoting stocks using their popularity and they also apologize for that.
True that, As they say, "any publicity is good publicity" Investors will have to try to support or criticize Elon for what he was doing with crypto and especially Bitcoin and Dogecoin thereby allowing more people to understand what Bitcoin is really about. I think most people agree on the manner in which he was doing it that was wrong and not whether he said something.

He does which is a good thing because with the influence that he has, he can reach more people but that doesn't mean that he is doing it altruistically because Elon has been proven to do some stupid stuff with his influence.

I disagree with the banning, on the contrary Twitter can exposed Elon's total ignorance of the bitcoin market by just looking at his tweet. And this is not going to sit well with some of his followers and maybe they will unfollow him. Resulting in a loss of confidence on Elon, then his influence will go down and probably he will be irrelevant except for his company. But crypto in general? he has lost his credibility already and will continue like that in the next coming months.

Elon Musk I think is already out of the way regarding his impact in crypto. No one takes him seriously enough anymore and the markets do not react at all to his latest tweets. He lost credibility when at first accepted payments in Bitcoin for his Tesla cars and then came out that won't accept them anymore because Bitcoin mining consumes a lot of energy resources.

I don't think he will be banned as this would not solve any problem at all because there is no real problem from this person,no one believes him anymore,no one that has been in the crypto world for long enough.

He still does have a good amount of market influence, but with cryptocurrencies, his influence is definitely dying down. The recent DOGE tweets of his are barely moving the markets anymore. Which is great!
