again, the rule is that you need to keep all the money on different exchanges. there will be no information on their official sources, as it was with Binance in March, they did not immediately give a comment about the problems.

Yeah, instead of using this exchange why not go for a big exchanges. I heard so many reviews about this and yet people still trade coins here. If the support team don’t reply on any news like this then you have to think again.

Okay folks! Calm down yourselves as admin or support do already respond out on the current Fake news circling around about them. This is what i do feel before that such news is a fake one because i cant find any source on op screenshots arent a strong proof that this site is hacked and now it has spoken and cleared out doubts but i agree on some suggestions above. Use unique passwords on every site you engage on, better to be cautious than sorry.

First of all, this thread is opened by a newbie. So that means untrusted info. Second one if it is, normally there should be a huge stolen things issue, but as far as I see for a few days there is nothing.

This isn't a screenshot showing a hack, it's not like this. The screenshot is showing a kind of maintenance or something similar. Trust me if the website was really hacked you would see all over the crypto news. Don't believe blindly everything you read on Reddit

First you say that cex.io got hacked, but posted screenshots that are quite irrelevant. And now that you couldn't give us any other sources you're putting up posts how cex.io is a bad exchange? Are you intentionally spreading bad news about cex.io here? Because it isn't working, just to let you know.

I don't know that exchange. I am just a newbie in crypto and I am looking more on a popular exchange. Well, if it is true then I will not doubt anymore since ED was hacked also and it was a popular exchange. There is no security in online even the most secured exchange and wallet are hacked.

Weird, I try to look up at different crypto related websites and didn't found any news related to the hacked. So I conclude that this is another malicious intent to spread FUD to cripple the market once more.

I really don't know why is people still posting this non-sense without any source or link to back up the claim. To the OP, before you post something, at least backup it up and be careful what you putting here. I really at awe at this schills, who are either to dumb to understand or their comprehension is gone, or totally misguided by someone.

May be fake news but visit cex.io website ,Yesterday their trading volume was more than 350 BTC but today arround 250 BTC .May be cex.io is trying to hide something .Search on google cex.io have very very bad reputation now a days .May be there are some topics about cex.io present on bitcointalk.

Fake news. There is no official announcement and not an article published in Crypto news websites. On the top, the user who posted this on Reddit joined the site just to post this news. (he made 1 post before to look like a legit user) Bet you he will never come back to the site.
Pretty it has been deleted (by him or someone) because it's fake

Use unique password and mail address for each exchange, they can be hacked but reddit is not a good source of hacking news.

Scary things keep happening 

Change the passwords of the services if you use the same password as cex.io  Better be cautious than sorry.

No news also are found on the internet. Check their Twitter, their blogs for updates etc. And besides using third party exchange is always at risks whether for reputable and big exchange.

If someone find this news on the web, hope they will shared it here for reference.

Be aware cex.io users .They got hack and their database drained by one hacker or a group of hacker.
