6 days?? That was a long waiting time for deposits. I can't imagined how frustrated your are now. 12 ETH is not a joke amount.
There is no advices from us that can keep you calm right now because it's on the hand of CEX.IO when they will fixed your issue. Well hopefully you still have that patience because no matter how angry we are here, we can't do nothing about it. Spamming tickets may help although there is chances that you can get the same response from them.
