I have sent a message using the first link. It seemed almost like that link was just for submitting a feature request, but I did receive email confirmation they got that message.

I will next try contacting the user CEX here on bitcointalk.

My account was never credited for Buy Order #5096646630

This trade I made earlier today on the cex.io trading platform was not credited to my account. The USD amount was subtracted, but the ETH was not credited to my account.

I tried clicking the help link in the lower left corner of thier page, but it just turns into a broken zendesk link.

Does anyone know how to contact cex.io support to report this?
