Actually it is about after you logged out the sheet wasn't completely Done thats why someone called you about the situation though I know that you have just missed completing the update because it's late night and i guess you need to take a rest.

It is perfect, no issue at all, it is because pawanjain saw payment before spreadsheet update that make him to post such, but this is not new at all but because he has not noticed before. Thanks for the payment and good work as a campaign manager.

My intention was just to help Hhampuz by letting him know that he might not have saved the final version of the spreadsheet.

He's an affectionate, don't abuse his position and reasonable person. Like you said, the person in question gave him a available reason and the manager gave him another chance.
It sad most of his bounty are for high ranked members.

If you want too to be part of his management try to pursue higher rank it's not impossible today merit system is not a boundary it takes time to achieve so don't rush yourself.
