It seems Gingerwallet.io Non custodial coinjoin wallet is not available for smartphone users just yet. I don't know if it also has region restrictions as well.
Bottom line is that, if one doesn't have a PC or some other iOS devices, they can't have access issues to download the app and to either retrieve the Ginger Bitcoin address or even capture the screenshot, they don't qualify to apply for this signature campaign.

I've got this error at first and it only reaches 3%-5% of syncing but I think it's due to not having a passphrase, I've made a new wallet with a passphrase and waiting for it to go 100%, as of typing this it's now 87%.
