I tested the service in the morning after wearing the signature and unfortunately the transaction did not complete, it was rated as high risk and after contacting the support team I got a refund without any additional fees (so that's good.)
Those who want to test the service and have payments from mixer campaigns may face the same difficulties.
Some recommendations:
- Integrate the support team window into the site.
- Send an automatic response in the email stating that they received the message.
- Make the refund automatically by adding the refund address before making the exchange.
- Add an option to check AML before making the transaction.
- Add an option to destroy data + session ID.
