My Review:

1. Using first time playing casino Playgram for gambling through telegram app was great experience my first impression was amazing when i test this platform. Register in playgram was super easy with no need for email signup/signin process or any kind of kyc. Platform is quite smooth with a clear Ui and many playing games in casino. This is not my first time experience to review a casino site. My first impression of this casino is great. Activating an account at the casino using only a telegram account is very simple and I am quite satisfied with how it works. Deposit?!
I sent a deposit, of $10 in Ethereum. The transaction was confirmed by the network, but for an hour now, the deposit has not appeared in my Playgram account.
How long does it take to process the deposit?
Or I did do something wrong.

Update:
I contacted support regarding the problem with the deposit. After a few minutes I received a direct communication, however, the matter had to go to a higher department, so I had to wait a while. After some time, funds appeared in my account.
I did not receive any explanation from support, nor a notification that the deposit was successfully completed. I assume that everything is done manually. I don't know what the cause was, but I wouldn't speculate, certainly if there is a problem the team knows about it now, so I believe they will correct it so that things don't become more complicated when the platform has more users/deposits.

I have tested several games and here I am also positively surprised that everything works quite well (although my current internet connection is quite weak).
I still couldn't start one game "Millionaire" (On both, desktop and mobile)


It is interesting that although the funds I have in the casino and the deposit itself are in cryptocurrency, all bets and in all games, the amounts are expressed in EUR. I would rather see this completely in crypto because it is a crypto-related casino after all.

It's telegram I have no issue accessing the support, its easy to have a chat with them in case you encounter some kind of error, Also they are also active even at unusual hours in my country.
I've ask a lot of question and it was answered perfectly, and good thing is it wasn't just some kind of bot on the support, your going to chat straight to the support.



I have no complaints on the Platform UI All of the tabs are simple and straightforward forward your never going to have a problem or somehow getting confuse playing unlike some other casino out there,



Casino, Promo, Wallet, Earn, and Profile Tabs were perfect its all you need to play in the platform.


Confuse as well having this kind of issue, I double check everything and got this error message, I just need to restart a few times in order to have access again on Gate of Olympus but still this is a error that you don't want to get especially on a platform like this. Game play

• Some games load faster than others that take as much as 2 minutes to load, I don't know why it is like that but reducing the time to load games will be cool. For example, Real Kingdom took 2 minutes to load, Gates of Olympus loaded within a second and so does Monopoly.
  
• I won a round in the first set of games I played but it was not showing on the summary page.
  
• I noticed that some games will require users to set their usernames even though we already have names in the profile. I don't know the reason for this but seems boring to me.

Conclusion
Playgram is a very promising casino and if these minor observations are resolved, many people, including myself will be glued to the casino especially as there are so many addictive games it is has on boarded.
