First impression


The first page contains a briefing about the casino, which is actually nice as it uncovers the mystery of expected outcome to a new bettor registering for the first time. The idea of giving a 25 VIP spin is attractive, but it would have been better if the minimum deposit in meriting the VIP spins were lowered a bit to $25 for easy participation as most gamblers would want to test run the casino with small deposit before they fully ventures in.

MY PLAYGRAM REVIEW

Over the years gambling has been evolving from "non-KYC casinos" to "KYC casino's" but seeing playgram bring back non-KYC casino's in 2024 shows we still have hope for crypto anonymity in the gambling world.

General Overview
So jumping on to playgram for the first time is something I was really looking forward to, especially since this was a telegram based casino and I thought it would be some web 1.0 experience but they really impressed me! Here's my review:

1st - Late telegram deposit notification - it was late for more than 24 hours, but my deposit already reflected in my account so I was able to play immediately.


2nd - Welcome offer about 25 VIP Spins first $50 deposit.
I must not see this banner anymore because I already received it when I deposited at first after I created my account, this could lead for some confusion and some customer will think it's still active and they will try and may become pissed or complaint about it.


3rd - Currency preference.
It's much better to be able to change the current preference. Because I experienced that when I was playing already, most of the game showed EURO currency, I needed USD or my local currency.


4th- Provider selection.
Missing a provider from the website to the inside dashboard of Playgram.
I suggest having searchable text input so the user can easily search for the provider they want instead of scrolling through the long list.

It has been a wonderful experience using the Playgram platform and this was actually my first time gambling via through telegram, however I deposited using USDT Trc20, though my initial plan was to deposit using Bitcoin but because of the fee I had to use the USDT Trc20, however what interest me during the deposit was how fast it was because it was barely two minutes after my deposit and was credited on my Playgram account.

Playgram has good intuition by getting into new ways of gambling, this was my first experience gambling directly via Telegram. Ok, straight to the important points that need to be reviewed, it doesn't take a long time to become a Playgram user, it's as easy as opening the bot and then playing.

I made a deposit using Tron (TRX), at first I wanted to do it on the Cardano (ADA) network because I had some unused Cardano (ADA) in my portfolio, but unfortunately the page for Cardano (ADA) deposits did not display the deposit destination address. After I checked again on all the deposit destination addresses, it turned out that it was not only Cardano (ADA) that had problems, because Binance Coin (BNB) on the Beacon chain also experienced the same thing (this is input to the team to immediately fix the problem).


Experience & Opinion About Playgram
Hmmm, I don't think that Playgram is different from other gambling platforms, it's just that Playgram has differences which make access easier, because we know that current crypto adopters can't be separated from Telegram itself. For suggestion, I wouldn't go to the promotion, I'd rather go to the platform. Playgram only supports Euro in the game, I think it would be better if you support more options in FIAT. On any site I use, the first thing I do is read the terms and conditions before proceeding, so one thing I like about the terms and conditions is that it restricts people under the age of 18.
