Everything looks great but just one nitpick: The bets table will look more tidy if the bet time is shown as HH:MM:SS rather than HH:M:SS.

The only problem I find with these sites is that the transaction fee! You have to pay 0.0001BTC to send and then have to also pay 0.0001BTC to receive the winning. If you wanna do a lot of bets then this transaction fee eats up your money.

I like the design. Good luck
