please define soon. I can't see any progress with your coin. On exchange with no trading, the other with incompetent staff and no support.
I you want a succesfull coin, you have to work harder. With your current support, the coin has no future.

do u have backup of the wallet...if not open with old version and check
Yea I have back up.
then delete old folder of chakracoin in appdata/roaming and restart wallet , again open chakracoinfolder in appdata/roaming and replace wallet.dat with your back up file
