Second Eliminator which was expected to be started at 10 AM now going to have delay due to rain and wet outfield with Markhors are having good chance against Lions in this game for win and having spot into final against Panthers which is going to play on 29th September at the Faisalabad.

Markhors are having good start of this event but in last two games they are having loses which are surely having some negative impact on their confidence and moral but in today game they needed to be stayed positive and better if they want to win and have spot into final.

Lions are having narrow win against Stallions in first eliminator with Markhors lost to Panthers in qualifier Lions are having good batting with their bowling is also giving them good support for having good end of this event.

Today was the important match for the Lions but due to heavy rain in Faisalabad, the match finished without playing even a single ball. As I heard that it was not only in this city but heavy rains was observed in many Pakistan cities and due to this we lacked to see this important match.
This match does not have reserve day and as following point table, Markhors are leading it and due to good result in the last matches, Markhors are going to play the final match. Who wins this Grand Finale, I just hope there will not be rain in Faisalabad once again in the last game of this league. I don’t know if there is a reserve day or not in this last match.

Stallion team chased down 251 runs in 50 overs but all wickets lost and two balls remaining to play. A.Daniyal bowled brilliantly and he took down 3 wickets in 10 overs and giving 59 runs. He deserved player of game award because he performed great in all lineup he scored 65 highest runs and also took down 3 wickets in bowling. Congratulations lions team and stallion team need Babar Azam if they will qualify for final game.

Stallions (Pakistan) were so close to win but they can’t achieve what they wanted to do. Stallions (Pakistan) were literally so close that they lost by just 12 runs. They are out of the tournament now. Panthers has already qualified for the final match but now the question is who will face Panthers in the final.

Tomorrow we will get our answer as Markhors (Pakistan) and Lions (Pakistan) going to play the match Eliminator 2 and that will decide who will be eliminated and who will qualify for the final against Panthers. The Panthers have Saim Ayub, who hit 156 and after this innings, he becomes the bowler’s fear. I think the Panthers have a good chance to win the title.

In today’s match Babar Azam is not playing, he is resting and I think from somehow it is good descion because what if in the final match, Babar Azam will not score high and out early then what will happen with the team?

Unbelievable performance was displayed by Panther squad in today's match of Champions One-Day Cup competition and Markhors squad is top rank squad was badly defeated in Qualifier match and Panthers squad defeated this squad. Markhors batting Inning, First four main wickets were very important for Markhors squad and I did not believe that these wickets showcased such a worst performance whey they played very important match Qualifier match. These are batters Mohammad Rizwan, Kamran Ghulam, Fakhar Zaman and Haseebullah Khan I am talking about. Just Iftikhar Ahmed and Salman Agha these two showed some support with managing some significant scores of squad other wise their squad was cleared out below 100 scores. Markhors (Pakistan) are done and dusted in this qualifier match. It is strange that Markhors were leading in the points table with 38 points but today they showed an ordinary performance. Panthers winning this match by 7 wickets is a big achievement.

It was an all around performance by Saim Ayub who not only made 33 runs but also took 5 wickets. Also, we should not underestimate Usman Khan innings of 54 runs in 26 balls only. It was his innings that the Panthers were able to chase this score in only the 24th over.

Anyway, things are not over for them as yet, because they will have a chance to play the Qualifier 2, whoever wins from Stallions (Pakistan) and Lions (Pakistan) will play them. Most probably it will be Stallions based on their past performance. One should bet on Stallions in the Eliminator Match.

On Tuesday, Qualifier match of Champions One-Day Cup competition will being played and in this match Markhor squad against Panther squad will take part for clash and If I guess the winner in this match I will select Markhor squad no doubt Panther squad also great and have caliber member in their squad to emerge victory but my six sense say that Markhor squad will defeat the squad of Panther squad in Qualifier squad. BTW, in previous match Dolphins squad against Lion squad. Surely Dolphin squad successfully emerged victory in 10th match against lions squad but their sqaud performance in previous matches were very bad and did not reach in next matches like eliminator or qualifier matches.
