Just like the Op listed there are many online activities,don't repeat the mistakes you made last year,trace your mistakes and work on them.Don't think the knowledge you have on crypto is a waste, remember no knowledge is a waste.

Indeed one's mentality matters alot the way one thinks determines one life one should have the mindset of thinking great in other to be great discard every negative thinking 2025 is a great year to achieve great things and in other to set our goals and priority right we must change our mindset

The mind is indeed the master player of any human. You think positive and change it will certainly come. A good way to start the year with these great food for taught. I'm certainly giving my self good time to learn, invest and have better budgetary  skills, this will certainly help with more achievements in the year.

If you want to change your self you need to change your mindset And also follow with the discipline most of us want to earn money immediately and one of the way is investment or taking a business but the problem is they focus already in counting their earnings instead having a plan where do they start and how they will handle their business reason to make them fall and sometimes others getting afraid to make a risk already and others will continue to fail, only few becomes successful because they learn from their mistakes. Well part of the risk on the investment it's up to you how you will handle. Also another thing if you want to become a successful you need to have a good environment or circle that has the same mindset of yours so you will get influence by them and vise versa reason why people becomes more rich because they have connections and source of infos from other rich too

I certainly agree on you. Yes, it could be a problem but as they’ve said, when these opportunities are not available for you, then find your own opportunities instead. Do not wait that it will be available for you, it won’t happen at all, waiting is never enough. But build these opportunities for you and set your plans and goals. The process may always not be easy, but with your passion and motivation to make your life’s position, you will make it happen despite of the challenges within.

If you must survive in the crypto space then you need the crypto knowledge nobody is above learning as you progress you keep learning to be wise because scammers  are everywhere and you need to double your portfolio. Then investment is very important you can't just be accumulating wealth or making money without multiplying your money, your money should be able to work for in this 2026.

Then financial knowledge is needed I mean if you are not financially wise you will not know the type of investment to do, how to spend your money, how to budget your money, the amount you should put into let a type of investment, or for pleasure. You might just mismanage your fund so if you must be in the crypto space then you must be actively learning everyday, know how to manage your finance and how to make investment very important even if it's one investment this year work towards it.

I strongly agree that additional income is the solution and reducing debt is the main point that must be worked out, the more debt we apply for, the more trapped we are in meeting our daily needs to stay normal, not to mention the other extra costs that we routinely have to pay each month.

Sometimes we get caught up when trying to set aside a little of our income when we enter the market and trade the coins we choose when the btc correction continues and at the moment the money must be there to cover the needs that have reached the date, sometimes losing up to 50%. that's where the bad effects start, having to add more loan burdens.

My hope is not only you or me, I hope that in 2025 all of us who invest in crypto will also feel maximum profit because in the future we don't know what other big events will come.

Yes on a normal it is or suppose to be easy to be successful if someone's parent left them with..., but nowadays it is not always like i mean reverse is the case now, some of those people they left something for do not utilize it or do something meaningful with it reason because they do not know how hard and how long it took their parents to set up those things and as a parent it will be shameful and embarrassing to them seeing their children not doing well after all there struggle and effort. However, most of the people that do well or that is doing well now are mostly people whose parents do not left anything with so most of them took it upon themselves that what their parents could not provide for them that they will make sure their children will not experience same thing and that their children will not suffer what they suffered. and lastly, some of these people in the picture even if they are been assisted they won't make good use of it and some will not appreciate and that is human for you but i can not be in a good position and i saw someone i can assist in a little way and refused to...

I can relate to you on that because I also made a few mistakes, and that cost me some money last year.  I regret my decisions a lot, but as they say, life is all about moving on and not repeating the same mistakes again. So, that is what I have planned to do: don't repeat those mistakes and try to make better decisions, especially when it comes to financial decisions because most of the events in our lives are directly or indirectly affected by that.

My first aim for 2025 is to have more sources of income so that I can save some money that I can use to make some good investments or maybe start a small business that can help me stabilize myself a little bit more. Most of us are stuck in the same cycle of earning money, spending it on basic necessities, and to get out of this cycle, we will need to make a move, and to be able to make that move as a family man, I will need to have some extra earnings which is the only way I can get out of this loop and maybe do something good for myself and my future.

Hopefully, 2025 can be a better year for all of us.

Last year I made a few bad choices in terms of investment and good ones too, which I plan to increase this year. From now on, things are going to focus on how to increase sources of income; it also covers the investment areas in the list you made above. If I'm to make an investment, it should be because I want to make a profit from it, and that profit should contribute to increasing my income.

You're right increasing our mentality can really help us in achieving many things in life this is why we need to work so heard in making research and also being creative, the more days are going that's how we are supposed to come up with different ideas and plan. there was a saying that the shortest time in a man's life is do to make it honourable so we shouldn't waste our time in doing nothing, we are in a digital world  where everyones thinking is on how to create something new that will be known to the world. the reason why most people find it very difficult to change their thinking mentality is because they always allow this spirit of fear to have control over them maybe whenever time they try to think or do something different the spirit always hinders them from doing that , so therefore what ever thing we are doing we should always have this strong feeling that we can do it.

Most people do limit themselves with their mentality, I having a good mentality helps alot , but if one wants to be truly successful he or she needs to know how to manage their time , because indeed there are time for everything.

Most people don't know how to manage their time especially in this generation, you will see how young and creative youth keep wasting their time by scrolling through short videos, without creating time to make some reasonable researched.

So I was once like that I once spend most of my time on social medias scrolling each day without using my time wisely, so I literally have to change that mentality and that mindset, and then I began to see good results ever since that time , so always know are to arrange your schedule properly.

Yes I agree, financial management is very important to achieve success because it can help everything that OP said run optimally and get maximum profit. So actually the first thing to do is to change your mindset to be optimal in the areas that have been conveyed and can make many progressive changes in these areas, all of which can be achieved with good financial management. With financial management you can manage money for needs, money for emergency funds and money for investment.

The point is, to change your mindset. The brain is like a magnet, if you focus on good things, you will attract good things. But if you keep thinking about problems, problems will also come. So, keep your mind positive and optimistic. What we think is what will come true. A positive mindset will produce positive results too.

You have a point there but if you don't do what I said is that it will happen eventually. I explained in my previous post what will happen if a person doesn't have a good financial management like will have to sell their bitcoin in order to have money either for emergencies or daily necessities. To tell you honestly, I have read many post from people who did this where they are forced to sell some of their funds due to lack of money or it doesn't cover the cost hence why they sell their crypto funds because if they did something about it then they wouldn't have to sell some of their funds. If you didn't get my point, my point is it would be much better if there are more things to look into

I can't agree more with you on the fact that we should not stop and limit ourselves to a few things to live on if we won't expand our circle and won't think out of the box and will limit ourselves and won't take risks we obvioulsy can't grow. To take big steps risk have to be taken but yeah only thing most of the men and women stopping is their family they see a good and stable source of income and don't take risk.

Speaking of these areas to learn I agree that these alone can improve the finances of anyone but proper knowledge and exit plan is neccessary because crypto is a field in which one can make 1000x and one might not able to make 2x even. For example recently many memes have made people lot of X (returns), while the L1 and high caps had made only 2x to 4x. Point is we must work on ourselves and the knowledge about cryto to get succeed in crypto.

It's important to have a good source of income or improve your source of income so that you can have more extra funds for you to use in investing on bitcoin. If you have a weak source of income, trim down your expenses or look for a second means of income.

There is no two thoughts about this, bitcoin is the only investment anyone should invest in that doesn't have any idea of invest he should start up with. This is because bitcoin is still growing and has the potential power to increase in value overtime. Don't be decieved by any other investment because they are not as promising as bitcoin.

In general, I think my situation isn't about changing my thinking mentality, it's about walking the talk. The plan has been finalized more or less for the past few years. What's lacking is the determination or the drive or perhaps the decisiveness to finally commit. I guess this my hardest challenge, to actually start doing something, to finally take the step. Some are like you said, some are not. Some are lucky to have been raised in wealthy families, but I think more are born to people whose economy is in the lower class. Rich people inherit wealth and abilities but they do not necessarily have a good mentality. Mentally fight and defend what parents give. They are equipped with high schools and knowledge and a great inheritance.  They are also given access to facilities by bringing their parents' names.

On the other hand, people with a lower middle economy are sometimes given a hard education to fight for life. Maybe they are not rich but they have a strong mentality and they can become rich. I also agree that the point written by the OP is a future opportunity that can improve the economic situation. This is as many experts say about predicting future jobs that will be much needed and can improve financial conditions.

Yes it is an effort to develop the habit of adapting to the changing world with your own plans and strategies business and personal relationships and at the same time to be sophisticated from your own financial capabilities. Once upon a time, we did not even know about the internet even about the news of the world every day now everything is changing based on thoughts and needs at a moment we cannot live without electronic goods.
Recently, we are getting acquainted with the international market and the interest in holding valuable assets like Bitcoin is increasing. I agree with you and with every word and time there should be an effort to develop ourselves mentally so that in view of the changing situation, we can contribute to the welfare of the country as well as our own financial solvency.

I agree. There is no need to be diversified with this market but I do get why people are expanding and diversifying a lot of their portfolios. But those that are thinking they might hit the jackpot with some altcoins, that's what they're trying to do and most of them with memecoins.

They continue on finding their their lucky altcoins that might give them a bunch of profits. And later on, they'll move their profits and convert it into Bitcoin.

That is the mentality that many of them have got and there is nothing wrong if that's what they believe will give them a fortune. But going on with Bitcoin only is never been wrong.

For me, this #3 is where I aim to improve more this year and in the future. I realized that even how much I can make in my cryptocurrency portfolio investments if I can't handle the profits properly or my financial decisions, it's nothing.

The goal is to save more, and less expenses. Increase the income or add more source income. And to become more strong/diamond hands 

I believe diversity in everything you do is also one way of staying in line with achieving success or a successful lifestyle and by this I mean having different diverse knowledge of business and idea because the world itself is not a stagnant world so don't ever feel comfortable especially when you want to. This all is very important but the most important of them all is the knowledge which you put in the last on the list, and also instead of narrowing the number to only cryptocurrency knowledge as mentioned I think we have to build knowledge on other general thing's too such as our spending and savings goals as we invest when the profits comes what is our spending mechanism.


Because I always tell people that, it is very easy to make money, but hard to properly spend that money without wasting it, same goes with cryptocurrency investments too, after building the portfolio, what and how we manage ourselves there after determining our level of success too, although the year 2025 we are better in terms of knowledge on financial management.

Crypto knowledge is indeed very important if one wanted to be successful in trading or investment but for overall output, one needs to consider financial management since no matter how huge our income or profit is if we failed to do the budgeting, we will always end up with nothing.

Another thing is prioritizing taking good care of our health.  We must invest as much in our health and take care of it.  If we failed to take care of our health, it will eat up all our resources and hard works once we lose it.

It's true, it's much easier to become successful in life if your parents left you something with which you can start your own business without worry - but the much bigger problem here is that people don't realize that the very people they admire have never been and never will be the solution to the problem, but are part of its cause.

Having so much money that you can't spend it in ten lifetimes, while pretending not to see so many people starving or even dying of hunger is not something I can ever admire.

Well if you dont have money for that kind of option, I guess the best choice is to find other free resources. Using a Google, for finding good ones are free and also theres a social platform like X which we  can follow some good users sharing their knowledge and thought on how to boost the portfolio of everyone but avoid following dumpers on their followers.

You've done a great job here OP. I have been seeing so many motivations lately, especially on my X(Twitter) page, and surprisingly, I'm seeing the very first on this forum. I think, one thing is to be motivated or get an advice, and another thing is to work with that motivation/advice, and build something with it. What do we see today?, People who keeps getting good information, but fail to do good things with it. This is why we find so many people living lives in a cycle, without making improvements.

Let's just be honest, road/path to success is never sweet. Not everyone is willing to give up(sacrifice) their sleeping time for hard work.

And concerning the list of things you mentioned, I will also like to contribute "getting a skill". It's quite related to "source of income" that you've mentioned, but we need to separate them in every sense because skills are practically the foundation to almost everything. Of course, digital skill is on board today, and it's a very good source of income. Truth is, next year looks very long, but if we keep ourselves occupied with things that matters, it's definitely a plus to the future we planned on building.

The most important thing I improved and I got this year is Maturity! You don't get that every day. You learn from your mistakes in every field. It could be in your virtual life, or job, or in your business. I came to realize I am a little more calm than how I was last year. I realized that I do not react too much when my friends make fun of me. I am having a more constructive debate with my wife. I am taking more wise decisions when it comes to crypto investments.

I mean, it's getting better day by day and the only reason is, that I am getting more mature and I do not rush anymore. I have started a real-life business for a year now, where I had some terrible experiences with my customers. But, it's getting better over time. I can understand the customers needs when I talk to them, I can explain better then before.

Exactly, you don't necessarily need money before you can acquire crypto assets to build your portfolio if you have the necessary knowledge. However, acquiring this knowledge nowadays seems more expensive than getting crypto assets itself. Accessing some useful materials might require a little fee or the mentor might want to charge you for the mentorship. In my opinion, everything Op mentioned is important but source of earning is more important than the rest because it's the foundation for the rest. It's not the smart way but with money you can build your portfolio with as many assets as possible even without having a single knowledge.

Some of the points that @OP mentioned in my opinion refer to the financial management that you mentioned, it directs us to look deeper into the source of income & financial budget. However, @OP's orientation is not entirely on financial management, because other things are also needed.

I don't think that crypto users really need to change their mindset because they have already changed and rejected the old system. That’s why they are here on this forum or in the crypto world. However, advancement is necessary in every field, whether it is crypto or any other field. At the start of 2024, many people set their goals to achieve by the end of this year, and some will succeed in their aims while others will face failures. But life does not end here, both have many opportunities ahead, as there is a whole year, i.e., 2025. So be yourself, work on multiple sources of income, unlock new ways, set a budget for your work, and diversify your existing portfolio. And yes, don't be afraid of the risk, it has its own taste, but do it when you have some backups.

I agree, none if these people started from scratch or have been poor in their lifetime. Whether we like it or not some people have a massive head start in their life, it's practically impossible to catch up with them. Most of these motivational speeches or videos show influential people who became successful blah blah blah, but in reality the largest majority of those either had a rich background, see Jeff Bezos for instance, were involved in politics or inherited a successful business from their parents. So no, showing this photo doesn't seem influential or motivational to me.

On top of that, I'm against setting goals as new year resolution, it's going to be disappointing.

I don't give much attention to the end or the beginning of the year. They just seem like another day in my life. I don't wait till the end of the year before I evaluate my performance and make amends. Our daily decisions are what makes what we will be able to achieve at the end of the year. So I live my life a day per time. Daily I check my life and ensure that I cut off some things that are not right and improve on the positive part of my life. But for those who see the end of the year as a new beginning, they should ensure that they don't just make new year resolutions, they should also build the commitment and discipline to follow it.

The picture doesn't inspire me since I have no intention of being very rich like these guys. I just need to have enough to take care of my family, friends and community. Happy New Year in advance to all.

The thoughts of being into crypto that it can make someone rich is one of the misleading thoughts from the newbies. They think that people who hold crypto are already rich, it doesn't go like that. We're all the same and the risk tolerance that we have is different. While them thinking of being in the safer side, we've been battling the volatility of the market and taking all the pains and losses enduring it almost everyday. That's why it all starts with having a good mindset and willing to take risk. Because as what we know, "no risk, no glory and no pain, no gain".

What I learnt from the image in the OP is that it's important to be in the company of made men to become a made man, meaning that the circle you keep goes a long way to determine how far you go financially. It'll be very difficult to remain in the company of failures and expect to be successful, if they're not making efforts like you to better their lives and income, that means that you need another inner circle to mingle with. You need people with the right connections to connect you to the right sources to create wealth. It doesn't mean that you have to force yourself into friendships with successful people but if you up your game and have something productive to add in an influential circle, you can become one of them and they'll connect you wealth creation.

I ask because one of them is a man with 37 indictments, and he organized an attempted coup in which innocent people died. The other is a skilled manipulator who exploits people all over the world to enrich himself even more, even though he has more money than he can spend in 10 lifetimes. The third is a man who claims that some kind of worm entered his brain and ate part of it - and maybe that's why he thought it was fun to leave a dead bear and a bicycle in New York's Central Park as some kind of joke.

I don't know who the other two are, but I'm sure they're part of the circus and have similar stories in their biographies.

that was an explicit advice and a motivation to all who has been making an unfulfilling promises every year. and this is caused as a result of lack of confidence, self motivation, and not putting proactive effort to backup their claims of new year resolution. it is always easy to say than done..  the most difficult task in life is making promise and standing by it to make it a reality. to succeed one needs to be more practical than theoretical, meaning we must outline our dreams or what we could possibly achieve every year and begin to work on them one after the other.

Good motivation OP, especially with the photo. All these people are born with the thought of a good life; those who have read the biography of Trump or Elon Musk know that in their heads there is a special talent for money. But I agree that you should always look up to the best and not make idols of them but only take examples of their worldviews. As for me, every year I make grandiose plans, promising to change both my outlook on life and life itself. However, every year there are situations that play by their own rules, contrary to the plans I have made. But you are right that it is necessary to improve your skills as often as possible and not stop there.

Compliment of the season, i Newly joined this thread and i must said i love this topic that says changing your thinking mentality, i will contribute on this topic by saying that, any environment you found your self right can change you both positively or negatively, so if you found your in the environment that is not contributing anything in life and i for you to succeed in such environment you must think ahead of people around you, you must be creative at all times because knowledge is power.  Sometimes, the people we surround ourselves with also helps to reshape how we think because you can be a positive thinker but when you're surrounded by a crowd of pessimists and lazy people, you tend to act like them too.
Knowledge is power and when you give yourself to learning about something you intend to venture into, you become guarded and have little to fear about falling prey to scammers in the case of cryptocurrency investment of whatever business you plan to get into so it goes without saying how important it is when you get a thought shift.

With having knowledge, you will know what you need to do and can to do. If you don't have money but you have knowledge including how to find the source, you can get it and use it for your own benefit. With knowledge, you will have more chances to modify or add something that will change your life.

You know how to analyze crypto and find which crypto that could increase. You can manage how much money you can use to invest in crypto including the budget that you need to prepare. When you have knowledge, you can use your time to search for valueable thing that will help you to find more chances and change your life.

So crypto knowledge and have a knowledge itself will be necessary that every people should have because that can help them to find many ways to earn money.

Very helpful and easy to understand, but from the points you show above I think point no. 5 is the most important. My reason is that knowledge is the main thing and this is where we start and do it all.

If all of this comes just by following and following advice from those who are experienced in the market, I think it is not enough and at least there must be a few percent that we must also try because in the end all the decisions we take remain in our hands and will not waver when we enter.

I think, beginners will learn something new from this thread, because some of them lack some of the things OP mentioned which they need to make a change before they enter new year to improve themselves. When you have the knowledge of cryptocurrency and you know how to use it in a positive way, you will definitely grow in the future, because you will definitely come across some of the things you have learned in the past that will position you to make a good income from cryptocurrency. As a beginners, you want to go for long term holding, do everything possible to have other sources of income that will be a pillar to you not to sell your cryptocurrency on time until you meet up on your target before you can release them for sale to achieve your target.

I appreciate the idea of bringing to our consciousness the need to bring some changes to our lives as a person who hopes to someday, improve on ourselves and have better versions. This is obviously what everyone wants, better and better versions or copies of themselves but many at times, a lot of us don’t archive this. Mostly at the end and beginning of the year such as this, we result to making affirmations but the problem often is; having to keep to it. This remains the greatest challenge of our lives still and if one can actually master that, we wouldn’t need to making these year in and out affirmations but, just doing what we have planned to do and be getting results.

A person's thinking mentality depends on what he knows, his ideas will definitely revolve around the amount of information he has at his disposal. I don't know why knowledge is placed last in the op. Anyone who wants to change his thinking mentality about crypto should try to gain knowledge about crypto, once he knows the basics and more about crypto, making a plan in relation to crypto will not be difficult for him.

Lots of people who still think crypto is a scam are only saying so because they know nothing or very little about crypto. Many too who are here because of the hype Bitcoin is getting may likely dump Bitcoin any moment once the hype dies and they don't get what they expected. Some only invest in Bitcoin, some invest mainly in Bitcoin and small capital in altcoins and this is a safe method; some invest only in altcoins, ignore Bitcoin that is a dangerous method.
