Used Changer today with a small sum ($100) and all done. Took about 20 minutes to complete.

thanks, i just sent ~$60 to exchange for ethereum, but after 8 minutes decided to read reviews, good i found you and i could arrest the transmission in time!

I've used changer.com multiple times in the past and never had I had any issues with them. Most people that have issues with them has most likely already gotten it resolved after a few days/weeks at most. However, I can't really say for sure for currently since I haven't used them in months.

What I can say is that their rates are pretty similar to shapeshift's with crypto transactions, and after shapeshift cut down on their transaction fees, it's probably just smarter to use shapeshift for crypto to crypto exchanges.

I would still trust them with amounts under $500, for any fiat payment processors (advcash, etc.). There isn't enough evidence to suggest that they are scam at all. Complaints are quite normal, as long as they do get resolved in the end. You can actually complain about any issue and usually, the admin of the site will resolve it quickly here: https://www.bestchange.com/changer-exchanger.html

Took three days but changer.com finally completed the stuck transaction no funds lost. It would appear they are legitimate but they really need to answer emails to support timely.

I am not familiar of changer.com, it is not even listed in coinmarketcap.com market. There is no exchange site that you can convert your altcoin to bitcoin or any fiat currency without a fee. If I have plan to do so, I will sell my dogecoins in Poloniex or in Bittrex where I sold almost of my coins.

Changer.com may be selectively scamming. I did a couple of small transactions to test out the service with no problem. All good so far. Then I sent a larger transaction and never received coins back. I have proof they received coins from me but they never sent coins back. They are not answering emails sent to customer support not a good sign.

Looks like changer.com has significantly higher limits on exchanges than Shapeshift. Have not tried yet though.

I have just used Changer.com to buy/sell BTC and other cryptocurrency to real USD (Perfect Money) as other exchange (ex: Coinbase) does not allow people in our country exchange cryptocurrency to real money (USD)
Otherwise, Bittrex and Poloniex only have USDT (Tether). They does not support BTC/USD pair.

I did several exchanges with changer.com, and when it works I like them.
But lately lots of my exchanges get stuck and it needs to be pushed manually and sometimes it takes up to 12 hours before they do so.

So I just use shapeshift from now on or do it via poloniex.
Which pair you have tried to exchange with charger that got stucked bro? I am also using them for bitcoin to perfect money exchange and all of them is being instantly done. Even they are getting exchanged instantly i am not doing more than $100 exchange at a time to not loss much if it don't work out.

I never do big amounts either, then I just use a exchange, and the problem occurs mostly with btc -> clam and btc -> ethereum.
But they always process it eventually, just sucks I have to wait so long.

No, I never made transaction with changer only with shapeshift. But you can see the fee for changer.com when you try to convert without having to actually convert. The guy above me said he made a successful transaction with changer.com though.

Thanks for the input, I realized that changer.com is better for smaller transactions because lower fee, while shapeshift is  better for larger transactions about 0.1 or more because the fee is lower, unless you apply the bonus of changer.com, I do not know how that works exactly, but that's the basic gist of it.
So, had you already made transaction with them???
First of all i never heard this site before, if you are successfull transaction with them, please share if you don't mind.
I used to convert my coins on yobit, poloniex, or bittrex even though for smaller transaction, if this site is trusted i think it's better to use this site as an alternative especially for smaller transaction, Thanks in advance.

Anyone here use a website called changer.com? I found it and it seems really cool, but I am not  sure if I should trust it. I want to exchange my DOGE COINS into BTC or USD/CAD.
So if anyone have any experience with this site tell me if it is safe to use. You can also tell me another website too, one that has no to low fee's because I move very low amounts.

I have personally used it in the past and they seem pretty good. Tried with small amounts of under 0.1 BTC and all worked as promised, almost instantaneous release from the site. However there is a minimum limit and I'm not sure whether your trades will exceed that limit or not.

Try shapeshift.io for an alternative. However they don't offer fiat conversions so you have to get bitcoin for your doge.

Yeah the sites you mentioned are good sites but when you do transactions in bulk, it eats away my poor doge coin when I make small transactions, that's why I think I am going to risk it and go with Changer.com, unless someone else has low fee alternative.

I hadn't exchanged doge in changer but have done few bitcoin exchanges with them in bitcoin to perfect money voucher direction which i get almost instantly almost a month back. The amount i have exchanged is less than 50$ so i will suggest you not to use them for exchange of bigger amount.

Shapeshift can be trusted if you just need to exchange doge to bitcoin. Don't think changer have lower fee than shapeshift.

There are few websites I might suggest:
1. Shapeshift.io
2. Poloniex.com
3.Yobit.net

Shapeshift is the most trusted exchange website according to me. Good luck.

Yes, if it's possible to use some known and reputable sites, why use unknown sites?

I agree with you. Those exchanges are good ones and recommend by many crypto-currencie's enthusiasts. People complain about Yobit fees and prices, but when I need to exchange BTCs into alt-coins, I use their service, nothing to complain about them from my part.

Oop's you reminded me of the fees. Yes, I forgot to mention the high fees of yobit. Sorry if the OP is unwilling to pay it. But for people like you who exchange in bulks, it suits well
