Well, creating a new account is easier for you since your account isn't quite long. But the registration is closed now so can't really help you.

you cant create any account now

Why ?
It is allowed to have more than 1 account

Registration was disabled after the forum hack, and theymos hasn't turned it back on yet.

My old account got hacked so I had to make a new one. I've made this account after the forum came back online so registration is possible.

Not possible any more, you can try clicking on the register link.

I do not think that it is possible to change the name. But it is allowed to have several accounts: you can create a new one.

You can ask Theymos in Meta when you can post there. Just post what you want it to be. Don't count on it for a while though.  He has his hands full with the recent attack.

I doubt that they would let you change your username. People build reputation and are identified by their username.
