Let me give my honest feedback here.
I purchased 1 account from the seller about 2 weeks ago. I logged in from the vps, was starting my campaign, etc.
I made a mistake of adding too many keywords which apparently triggered Bing to block the account. No big deal, that was my fault. After contacting the seller, he explained several conditions and restrictions that these newer accounts had.
It would have been nice if he told new buyers these restrictions and precautions before they run a campaign and waste their money. Maybe I should have taken the initiative to ask him beforehand, but whatever.
I decide to give it another go. I purchased another account from him on the 13th.
He tells me the credentials and whatnot on the 14th. I couldn't test the account until the 16th (busy, life, etc.) However, when I tried to log in, the account was already banned by Bing.
That was the first time I even attempted to log in. I used the VPS provided, didn't do anything different or that I wasn't supposed to, as I hadn't even added a campaign, any links, keywords etc.
I tell him immediately when it's banned.
He doesn't answer me for a day, only saying "hi" and then proceeded to not answer me for another day. Then he says he'll look into it. I message him that day, then 2 days later, then a day after that. He finally responds back 4 days later.
I'm basically already on repeat, saying the same things. Account was banned without me touching it. I just wanted a refund.
Then he gets mad claiming that 10 days passed without me using the account and now I want a refund and it's unfair (
? when in reality I told him about 2 days after I got the account info sent to me...I even told him if he didn't believe me, he could look at the logs in the vps to see that when I connected would correspond with the message I sent him telling him the account was banned and I never even used it)
Then he says it's basically impossible for the account to get banned once it's set up. Sorry but that's exactly what happened, and he doesn't want to take any blame for it.
I'm done with this guy. This has been an extremely negative experience for me. I'm tired of dealing with him. It's been unpleasant, a waste of time, and money. I strongly suggest to find another seller.
This is my honest experience. I wanted this to work. Initially he seemed pretty nice and straightforward, but obviously that's not really the case.
TL;DR - Wasted $100 on a dishonest, slow to respond, rude seller. Would not recommend his services. I even wasted my time to write this whole thing out. Have a good one.
P.S. - If he tries responding to me here, I'm probably not going to bother to respond. He makes false claims, and honestly is an asshole. I tried being reasonable, straightforward, and polite. I'm sure he'll claim it was my fault or something like he's been saying over and over when there's nothing I did wrong in this case. Whatever.
