I think you are a friend of him or a noob to claim such things. VPS servers are not rent 10x their price, but sure scam are rent 1/10 of legit price.
Anyway give him your money if you wish (I doubt you will, you are part of the scam), but don't come here to cry later : ask OVH for refund lol.

All VPS are provided by OVH SAS, the locations are different, at the moment I provide 2 locations: England and France.
