How much ram/cpu are you getting with $1/m? You're maybe getting 512mb, nothing compared to OPs 8gb offering.

How quickly I get banned if I run a password recovery program on the server? CPU load will be 100%
If you expect to get any of these specs for close to $1 on a consistent basis, then you're crazy. This is way cheaper than pretty much any provider out there for the specs.
Of course you can get some $1 vps, but the specs will be nothing alike.
