Is it possible to install with just any windows license?
if you have the license then i can install the correct windows version for that license. i normally just leave out the license and leave it unregistered which means you get a little warning in the bottom right a d no desktop background (which you wouldnt really want over RDP anyhow) its up to you what you do WAT tools work fine but Bios mods dont agree with the virtual bios
Ok, so it's not possible to "upload" your own ISO and install from that? I've seen that once before, that's why I'm asking
If it's a generic Windows 7 ISO though I'm sure it will work with the standard keys. I had heard that VPS sometimes needed a specific different license instead of a normal PC license.
if you send me the link to the iso then i can upload it to the main server for you. you get to choose what iso's you use to install aslong as there on the server only admins can upload new iso's to stop people filling the server with bad versions and versions with viruses
and no who ever said a server needs a diffrent key is full of bull crap windows use 2 versions of keys OEM for manufacturers (where windows comes preinstalled) and retail (where a consumer buys windows) aslong as you match the versions correctly the key will work for laptops,pc servers and vps's
