you bought broadband specifically to visit that site, and if it's not blocked with a court order they point you to.
Looks like some 10 yo kid's school project 
I think its awefull.
#1 it looks bad (e.g. mixed center and left alignment, that headline)
#2 it has way to much javascript (scripts from at least 5 different domains? even streaming sites have less)
#3 it has useless links (links from x to x)
#4 it has nothing new (only referallinks and some well known videos)
#5 plain nonsense ("easy ways to earn unlimited btc!" - there is no way to earn 22 million btc)
#6 shortened/masked links
