There are many website that you can trace bitcoin pump up or dump,one example of this website is coin market cap or leveltrading field .com,but in my own perception we cannot predict when the value of bitcoin or altcoins will rise up or down because the market value is volatile,and that website is only a guide,its better to find our own strategy and follow the basic fundamental analysis.

You need bitcoin rate you will check the bitcoin wallet it will give more information for the future purpose. If you know how to check the prices you will get more money and grow for your future. I think Preev.com are not better than bitcoinwisdom.com, because bitcoinwisdom is a chart type checking the bitcoin. It will help to identify the bitcoin past and present value of the bitcoin. Most of the android apps are also used to check the rate. But all the apps are showing a fluctuating rateyou can't really call one "better" than the other because they serve different purposes.
preev is jut a quick peak at the price to just know what it is. it can't give you anything else.
bitcoinwisdom is doing that and additionally gives you flexible charts to also see the change and possibly even perform some analysis on it.

I thought preev.com is down. Did you check it? I saw someone's post preev was down and not operating for days. Preev is good and very simple. Im just using my online wallet to see its current price and the whole 24 hours high and low. Im not using any other sites only just my wallet.

You can check history of price in better way from http://markets.blockchain.info , i also personally use them to look at the market behaviour and trend. But there is no system or service which tell you when price will go up or down, you have to do your own research about the market.

I am assuming you want to trace bitcoin price movements and not predictions. You can directly use google search box and there are many sites which have real time price indicators. I am using Coindesk android app to track bitcoin prices and I find it very user friendly, you can also set custom email alerts or sms alerts for specific price triggers.
