Fry an egg.
Drop it on a slice of toasty bread.
Add some hot(or warm) baked beans on it.
Drop the slice of cheese on the steamy goo.
Slap it down with another slice of bread.
Heaven on earth if you ask me.

The other night, I had this bomb crab risotto with parmigiano reggiano. Bomb!
To be honest you almost can't go wrong way with cheese. There are so many options and countless possibilities. You can eat it raw, you can bake it or fry it. Just add cheese to anything you eat and you will be good.
I love me a good grilled cheese w/ bacon, tomato and avocado.
Bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon
Pumpernickel with Limburger and lutefisk, with a tad of Tabasco, dipped in nam phrik kapi.
Boars Head pepper jack or havarti with Sausalito turkey breast.
Camembert and brie w/ water crackers and spread of berries.... mmmmm.
Cheese with cheese is da best.
