We had a hard fork at block 2135726

Is this the serious bug you were talking about here:

We have found a serious bug with clients 1.3 and 1.4!
Please only work with version 1.2.1!
https://github.com/AKKPP/ChessCoin/releases/tag/v1.2.1
We had an unusual network contact from Thailand...

We are looking for a way to prevent blocks from being staked out before the blockchain has been sysnronized!

At the same time we are working on an Electrum server and an Electrum client for Windows with version 1.4

If we have made further progress, we will roll out version 1.4 with a hard fork...

Or is it something else?

We had an unusual network contact from Thailand...

What does that mean?

We are looking for a way to prevent blocks from being staked out before the blockchain has been sysnronized!

Is this related to the hardfork/bug?

At the same time we are working on an Electrum server and an Electrum client for Windows with version 1.4

We had a hard fork at block 2135726

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/chess/
http://explorer.chesscoin032.com/

The hard fork was caused by a delay in the transfer of blocks to the network...
It was not possible to trace whether this delay was deliberately planned...

We had an unusual network contact from Thailand...

This very old address could belong to the developer... which comes from 2016 and became active for the first time after the hard fork!

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/chess/address.dws?CZY7adqW4owj6cmPbUxi6eRfAuXD9wq9Nn.htm

The ChessCoin032 network decided on a chain and validated the chain!

Here you can see how the difficulty has changed...

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/chess/#@diff

The whale was already on November 10th.

What's next:

Since we do not know when the next attack will take place, we advise against making deposits and withdrawals!

We will suspend the tournaments until the end of the year...

We are looking for a way to prevent blocks from being staked out before the blockchain has been sysnronized!

At the same time we are working on an Electrum server and an Electrum client for Windows with version 1.4

If we have made further progress, we will roll out version 1.4 with a hard fork...

Stay tuned!

Does anyone have experience trading ChessCoin032 on the exchanges it's listed on? Did anyone manage to deposit, buy, sell or withdraw any chesscoins, bitcoins or usd tethers?

We are in a Russian Telegram group and also in a lichess group...
https://lichess.org/team/crypto-chess
https://t.me/cryptochessgame

Your question should be answered in the telegram group...  Smiley

I appreciate you posting here as you do.  Look, a lot of us stake many of these small coins.  Please don't make us chase information into different groups as small coins tend to be problematic to stake and take more time than they are worth financially.

Can you tell me why you are here???
The only thing you can do is annoy! Is that probably your job too? I would ask you to stop filling this chat with your opinion! Many thanks!

I don't think paramind22 meant any harm and there was actually a compliment in there. I agree that it's better to have all the info here rather than in Telegram or in many channels. It's easier to track.

Thank you for the notification. Please once it's fixed let us know what the issue was and what were the impacts on anyone who ran 1.3 or 1.4.

Why are you still using so ancient libs? The current actual versions are openssl-1.1.1l, boost-1.76.0, miniupnpc-2.2.2.

Thank you for the question...  Smiley You can use newer libs in your personal builds, we plan to update them in the next release...
Here you can see what we are working at the moment... https://github.com/AKKPP

Unfortunately, my openssl patch for 1.2.1 is no longer sufficient, so maybe I wait for the next release.

The openssl version used is from Dec. 2019  Roll Eyes

The openssl Download page says:
Quote
Also available is the 1.1.1 series which is our Long Term Support (LTS) version, supported until 11th September 2023. All older versions (including 1.1.0, 1.0.2, 1.0.0 and 0.9.8 ) are now out of support and should not be used. Users of these older versions are encouraged to upgrade to 3.0 or 1.1.1 as soon as possible. Extended support for 1.0.2 to gain access to security fixes for that version is available.

Thank you... you can't keep up with work...  Cheesy

I invite you to collaborate and i would send you a build map if you want to integrate the current dependencies...
For the ChessCoin blockchain there would be no problem as long as you continue to use Berkeley DB-6.0.20

I look forward to your work...  Smiley
