So what is your advantage in this Chesscoin?  Look's like you see all the negative side of this one, but the thing is why you need to do this by having or creating a fire in this thread. You are free to create your own if you want. Competition is not new but fight a good and clean fight.

Of course , yet it's always probably better when people get together and concentrate on one cryptocurrency instead of having multiple ones that can serve the same purpose.

I'm sure this is not news to you but a functional token on a social network which has no functional activity means there are no transactions on the blockchain, maybe this is not so obvious to you.

So one of the reasons why I am posting on this forum and taking all the insults and jokes at my expense is I know that among you there are those smart enough to know that behind all the noise there is a possible partnership between me and your ChessCoin team.

I want to build a chess social network which is truly global, and I am going to need a chess currency to exchange the value my social network users will have, in addition to any erc20 tokens I choose to airdrop to my users.

I think you ought to do a little bit of research before you start laughing at people who are looking to partner with you.

Lichess is the only place IMHO

We already have a Lichess team the last time I checked.

I recommend we use my website http://social.chessclublive.com for the following reasons:

1. I get more traffic to my website (I'm being honest it is a consideration for me)

2. I can offer sponsored tournaments  in association with some of the chess partners I have

3. You can trade with your coins on my website

4. You can create a permanent chatroom and dedicated forum for ChessCoin

5. We can organize our community with Events, Calendar entries, Meetings, Articles, Blogs etc

Okay...okay... this is really a good news. How and where can we play the tournament? I personally like to play tournaments. I have also lot of chess friends who are interested in playing chess online.

I don't mind being the CIO for ChessCoin. CDO seems overly focused on technical matters which is fine but what you also need is a strategic lead.

The conversations I have been having up till now with members of the ChessCoin community show that there are plenty of ideas and vision for ChessCoin but no action plan to get us along that roadmap.

I have a social network of many chess fans which could be an interesting prospect but putting that aside.

We need to improve the interfaces of ChessCoin such as the wallet and blockchain explorer. Create a new faucet which can accelerate the distribution and use of ChessCoin.

What are the milestones for Chesscoin? How do we get there? Let me be so bold as to set out some milestones.

- Appoint a CDO

- CDO builds a team

- ChessCoin gets a social network platform

- ChessCoin team build their own marketplace (NOT Exchange, marketplace) preferably on top of the social network

- ChessCoin applies to get listed on Binance and Bitrex

- ChessCoin reaches daily volume of $500

- ChessCoin is used by ChessBase payment gateway

- ChessCoin is officially used by Lichess to receive donations and give prize money


- ChessCoin reaches daily volume of $2000

- ChessCoin announces partnership with Chess Club Live to be one of the payment gateways for all their global transactions

- ChessCoin is listed as a Top Crypto for crypto investors and day traders

- ChessCoin reaches daily volume of $10,000

- ChessCoin trades at 1 ChessCoin to the dollar.


Some of these milestones might seem a bit fanciful but we need to put down our vision (and dreams) and make realistic plans towards them.

Am I the person to be your chief visionary? maybe or perhaps not, do I have passion and drive and see ChessCoin as a great prospect yes indeed.

I hope you give me a role in your new team where I can leverage the social economy side for ChessCoin and make new partnerships for
the growth of ChessCoin.

Involve chesscoin in your network? You mean like as a currency or just in general? I involve BTC and USD in my network as currency since they are currencies. Chesscoin is also a currency.

If like me you setup a chess social network for chess fans globally to engage and exchange value then a currency created for the chess community holds at least a passing interest.

Interestingly I don't actually need chesscoin to run transactions on my site, it is more of an index for what I see as the chess economy and one side of a forex pair for those who wish to trade it, or HODL.

Why there's a need for you to involve chesscoin in your network when you already had a chesscash? Hmmmm because of the value of chesscoin?

This is exactly the point. I have a social network dedicated to Chess. It has a fully scalable social platform with a currency exchange, market place, peer to peer cash transfer features,  forum, chatroom,calendar, events, teams, embedded Lichess page, trading screens for ChessCoin and ChessCoin Cash.

Like I can't make people join the dots, if they prefer not to use my social network, I don't mind since I don't see them as a product but as a stakeholder. Think about it.

ChessCash I understand that you created an ERC-20 token named ChessCoin Cash that you want to airdrop to ChessCoin holders and that is given as a reward upon completing social activities, my question is where would ChessCoin Cash get its value from? Why would anyone wanna buy or sell it?

The Chief Digital Officer of ChessCoin should be looking to get a social network around ChessCoin.

Having a slightly better blockchain explorer is great, having a new faucet is grand.

However building our own social network for ChessCoin is the strategic play.

What this will do is provide an ecosystem for the growth of the coin.

I make no bones about it I have such a social network, fully functional and trading in ChessCoin Cash a token I created.

+1. What could be done for instance, is signing the Ethreum address used for claiming with the private key of the ChessCoin address. Three elements are needed, the ChessCoin address, the Ethereum address and the signed message. There is no need for neither an email, a screenshot nor the balance, and no need to send a micro transaction.

Also concerning the 10% for the community (Telegram and Twitter followers), Telegram and Twitter accounts can be bought and/or operated by bots (fake), this opens the door to abuse ...

It's not clear how the 30% that is going to holders will be distributed. I assume it would be according to the ratio of held ChessCoins relatively to the total of registered ChessCoins? In this case the list of registered addresses (ChessCoin and Ethereum) should be public, this doesn't undermine the privacy of the holders and will make things transparent. And also I think a date should be picked to make a snapshot of the blockchain and the airdrop should be done according to the balances at the time of the snapshot.

Concerning the 30% "used for fund raising", does this mean you'll be doing an ICO? If so, then I assume you'll produce a white paper, investors should have reasons to buy Chess token, I hope you'll give them some .

Just saw the intent on the OP to swap the pos-coin for an ethereum token. I really hope this is not going to happen.
Starting a new token de-legitimizes the old, well running chain. Also, increasing supply from 70 million to 1 billion is, well, kind of nuts.
Besides, we all know ethereum is a lost cause :-D

If you áre going to swap, a screenshot as proof is easy to fake. You can sign with the address you hold the priv key of.
But again, I hope this is not going to happen, as the coin is running fine. Buying in is easy, given the price. If anything, I'd sponsor a
give-away of some sort.
