I am curious, could you please explain why you have not mentioned the licencing authority on your website even once either in the terms and conditions or anywhere else when any customer that could verify the licence issued by FINTRAC would probably have more confidence in using the services?

So, you skip past my post when I question the legitimacy of your claims about being fully licenced and think it is acceptable to not even address it? I suppose you could have written a post indicating you would look in to my questions and get back to me soon but you did not even do that. To blatantly ignore legitimate questions and concerns usually equates to some form of potential malpractice.
As a result of you not being able to provide any evidence to back up your claim of being fully licenced nor even explaining what that means, I am left with no choice but to leave a neutral tag for now and have added you to my trust exclusion.
If you do not post here with an explanation about your fully licenced claims making it clear which licences you have and who issued them then you will probably receive a negative tag. You could always withdraw your claim to being fully licenced and provide an explanation why you made the false claim in the first place.

You claim to be fully licenced but never explained by who exactly? Furthermore, you also did not explain which licences were given/granted and for what purpose.

You should increase your activity in the forum to get more visitors and it will be better if you can hire a campaign manager and run a signature campaign which will be a part of increasing business you and/or profit of you.Hi! Fair enough. I just did. It's true that you have completed thousands of trades on both LocalMonero and LocalBitcoins, but it's not close to 100k. Not on those two platforms at least based on the trading history. 2652 on LocalMonero and 5000+ on LocalBitcoins. Your profiles are also not 7 years old, they are 5 years old. You have to do better than this because your competitor will eat you up in terms of marketing you'll need to post features and strong points through images and for you to do that you need a copper account, copper accounts are good for those newbies who promote platforms and projects because your newbie account is limited to text only and because of these people will just skip your platform for a better platform here with professional and well-designed introduction.

I am quite surprised by the 5 star rating from users (trustpilot) for this site, I like to try new exchanges but the KYC obligation is sometimes an obstacle for me because I don't carelessly give it while this site requires users to do KYC,
just a suggestion, to attract more users it's a good idea for you to provide a referral feature and it's quite successful in attracting more users.
