Bitcoin isn't banned in china. The exact opposite might a more true statement. If you want your contest to seem legit even in the slightest you should change the title.

People scare people to try to stimulate a dump effect. And then catches the dump and waits a while then spread a VERY GOOD news so people pump. Now people who scare people is now dumping and EXTREMELY happy.

"China banned bitcoin" is a very general, vague, all-encompassing statement. It implies that, well, China banned bitcoin. It would imply that Bitcoin is wholly illegal in China, much like guns are in jurisdictions where guns are illegal and drugs in jurisdictions where drugs are illegal. Problem? It didn't "ban" bitcoin. It issued regulations including that major financial institutions could not deal in bitcoin. It said that businesses dealing in it would need to follow AML/KYC laws to be put forth in the future. Likely similar to the USA's FINCEN guidance.
But, keep repeating "china bans bitcoin" and maybe 1% of readers will believe you without fact-checking first. I have respect for rational bulls and rational bears alike, but not fud-spewers of either variety. That includes both "2-da-mooners" (on every tiny piece of lukewarm news) and "bitcoin is doomed" on every over-embellished piece of tepid news.

More importantly- bitcoin hasn't crashed in China. It's down a bit, but not more then typical pump/dump trading. Considering they have been up reading this stuff for hours if it really was doom and gloom I would have expected to see something much more dramatic from them. Obviously they don't seem to be overly spooked by this news.
EDIT: after all they have been trading just happily up till now without bank involvement.
