I think China will inevitably allow ICO projects to resume. The decision to stop the government's ICO was to alleviate the money laundering of large organizations. I think that if you really see the benefits of ICO projects then people will not stop ICO.

The Chinese government has become a competitor taught to this platform and they consider this altcoin very bad. But in the future anything can happen about this issue.

So I do not think that China will take back ICO, I personally afraid to participate in ICO, if in China they will allow ICO, that's why the Chinese government gives full support.

Certainly, with many benefits of Bitcoin. They won't refuse it. However, I think they will find the way to tax from Bitcoin.

http://rmbtheory.com/china-allowing-icos-neo/

I found this one. But I don't really know this case is real or not, I think we need to wait few days more to see.

If this one is real do you guy think will it affect to the coin market? Will it is good or bad effect?
I don't think that this article news contained has any real factor of sense in any perfect base Because there in the article I seen that there was mentioned that " This is an article based upon the writers analysis and market speculation " this is what clearly says that this is only a guess According to the conditions in the china cryptocurrency market.
Well here the writer fact is also strong that they can unban easily Because a need exists there to unban ,  I will be more better for us that we will see that world of the cryptocurrency where every country is integrated and everyone making lots of profit with new new services with each other .

The source doesn't seem too reliable because it's based on the writer analysis and market speculation but i believe if it's true then it will be good for crypto because money from China will come to neo again. I picked some a few weeks ago because i believe they will lift the ban sooner or later.

This is an article based upon the writers analysis and market speculation.

Yeah, it is pure speculation and how somebody is trying to pump a coin , in this case NEO.
I can't wait to see pages after pages of newbies that will get their funds burned in this pump and dump scheme.
Do you think the Chinese government is going to do business directly with some shady individuals and rewrite laws especially for them?
How naive can you guys be?

And the NEO team is known for fake news

More ICOs means more diversification for money. At least people will stop going crazy between BTC and BCH... One more thing I like about ICOs are the signature campaigns that they launches almost every month. The BTC that were paid to the carrier can be both good or bad to BTC itself, most bitcointalkers from the Philippines will surely cash it out immediately and it will surely slow down the price to climb up.

NEO price jumped almost 50% in one day... Wonder if the news is true or people uses the news to pump the price.

It probably would still go up over the weekend. Its just funny how fast china turned heel when it comes to crypto lol. But it also shows how they can affect a certain coin for neo to jump that fast

Lately I started to doubt China because they always make fake news and issues so they can dominate bitcoin market, they want to monopolize bitcoin so that their price can be set by themselves, but what is my power, I can only see what will happen after the issue out, but my advice should not be easily affected by issues that are not necessarily true.

It's really getting complicated day by day, China government yet hasn't considered this issue so far I know. Once you ban a thing then you can not regain so easily. So i don't think that China is going to take back ICO.
In recent times, China government has become taught contender for this platform and they are taking this altcoin very nasty. But In future anything can be happened regarding this issue.

This is a good news and i think this is the reason why NEO is on the RISE again.

The RPX Coin (First NEO ICO) is starting to climb also.   Wink

After reading this news, it looks somewhat possible that china may allow Icos near in future .
If the government of china makes it compulsory to run Icos under the support of NEO network, a lot of people will follow NEO.
This sudden movement of people toward NEO will affect bitcoin.

I personally fear to participate in the ICO, where the team is Russian and Chinese. In practice, it is with their participation that the risks of fraud increase. Therefore, if in China they are going to allow ICO, I would like it to be regulated there so that the relevant authorities identify the team and make the ICO transparent. Only in this case there will be a positive shift in the ICO market.

They should stop, this is fucking ridiculous, another rumor then it will be proved that this is fake news. Lot of manipulation is happening, w should ban China on getting involved with CryptoCurrency , they are just making this news to stay relevant and to create FUD. Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency is still working without them, we don't need China. We don't need irrelevant leeches trying to stay relevant.

china will allow ico again
I think the Chinese government will not allow ico, as it will increase the number of people investing in bitcoin and it could increase the risk for Chinese investors.
It can affect the economy or average income of China Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

Well i don't think that it will affect bitcoin price since it only affects ICOs especially NEO related what's make them special even the government of china pleased to enter their market? but why they didn't lift the ban on bitcoin exchanges in China? Because they are decentralized? They can't be controlled by the government despite of strict regulations sanctioned on bitcoin and altcoin exchanges
