I knew this news would not be too late. No country in this market can not be indifferent in any way. ICOs are now part of this life and the truth. We will see far more ICOs in the future.

This is the thing. People should see one country can't affect the whole crowdfunding system. People find a way to contribute any ICO even this is illegal. They change IP, they change identity etc. Countries can't control the whole system by doing reagulations or bans for ICO fundings.

The government decides and if they want to see what effect banning this has or allowing that, then they fully believe that it is in their right. It may be that there is a smaller and smaller effect on the outside world each time that China does something now.

There was never a doubt, and that is true for most of the people here I would hope. China plays around and tries this and that to see the effect that it is going to have it may not even be a negative thing that they are trying to do, just that to them their whole society, economy and country is there for whatever purpose.

I think right now there are many rumors about Bitcoin banning in China. Nothing is predictable because many people start speculating a lot of rumors through their twitter but there is no specific reason behind banning.

Bitcoin is banned now in China. All the exchanges are closed.

But I heard that they will able to use bitcoin once again. I think after they made some regulation for bitcoin.
Of course it will lead into positive value for bitcoin on next month. Who knows it will reach $ 8000 ...

i seriously doubt that news is true though!
a lot of different countries are banning all the ICOs and it would really be surprising to see one country like China change their positions like this. there is a possibility that the Chinese government does a very serious regulation for these ICOs and make them register everything they do with the government before they even allow them to start their fund raising, but the article was not so good about this and i don't think it can even be done.

This news is dated from September... The Exchanges in China are closed now. We need to wait that Exchanges reopen if they reopen or not. We don't know what is their plan.

This just out:

http://www.coinfox.info/news/7582-china-to-allow-ico-after-deciding-on-licensing

Looks like good news for the China ICO market (and ICO market in general). Regulations mean less scam crap and more stability.
Its is not surprising at all they are on top of the most plenty of bitcoin miners and bitcoin users. I think it was all planned and now they are getting back on track. It is good for all bitcoiners.

Well, they have said already when they were banning ICOs and exchanges that the ban is temporary, only until they prepare some legal framework for it. o it's not surprising that they are lifting the ban now.
I would be actually very surprised if they made the ban permanent, because they would loose a lot of money and business opportunities.

Everyone seems to be going like oyeah great news China, and I'm sitting here like... ''Totally didn't see that coming.'' Unethical immoral move causing allot of people to lose money for their own benefit. Manipulation at it's finest. In my opinion they could have kept their ban on ICO's it would only stimulate the crypto envoirment to find ways around this and develop even further beyond government regulation and laws trying to control it.
