I'm sure there will be a lot of serious traders ready when they make an announcement. It will either spike upwards or drop due to serious dumping. I suspect it will spike as they rarely make these types of announcements.
It is possible that NEO will get support from China. Because they are in partner with Onchain. But i don't know if China will accept ICO...
And i don't see them opening the Exchanges like that. But maybe i am wrong. I don't know what is their plans.

Really good news for NEO holders 
It turns out that this makes the price NEO rose drastically yesterday. I honestly wonder why they reopen something they have banned. At this point, I think the Chinese government is interested in the crypto that every investor will be taxed.
Neo to the moon hehe
If that's the true fact of acceptance to ico based on NEO platform surely its gonna pump up. It's good to invest into neo based assets at the earliest. China being a major contributor to the entire cryptocurrency market, once again their participation will make a big change to the network.
Great news. I like this coin. I believe that in 2018 it will cost 100 dollars. This crypto currency has a future 
China will create their community with neo. It means CHina can't stop cryptocurrency. Every county that bans cryptocurrency they will fail. Even country bans, the citizen will continoue using crypto. That's not good for government of unctontrolled or unregulated cryptocurrencies. It is borderless. So, when finally China open and permit ICO , that;s not amazing.
If the NEO platform gonna accept ICO at China and goverment would support this platform it's a good perspective for investors, plus this coin have a interest from people who are using it no fees, fast confrmations
If this is not a rumor. Then we are on the verge of a new round in altcoins. NEO is a completely different platform. I've heard even about a new stock exchange that will trade coins based on NEO. This can become a boom in the near future. And if it's a rumor, then NEO will drop very fast.
Oh my gosh, if this is true. i think the whole crypto world will pump up again. 
If this is true the price of NEO will skyrocket to Ethereum heights. unfortunately i dont think its true, they have competition with QTUM and i dont think China will give only NEO the permission to to ICOs. They dont have a fully working product (no one has at the moment)

The problem is that we never know for sure if China news is legit or fake! It has got me more than once!

I think it is going to happen in China they are already planning to start ico thru NEO, it's a good news for all chinese investors so let's see what will going happen at end

It's been on my watchlit for some time but I haven't had a chance to accumulate much yet. Now I have arranged some BTC ready to buy NEO, but I'm a bit unsure what to do. It seems like the top is pretty much reached but then would it be a shock if it doubled next week?
My plan is now to sit and wait where the trend goes and be fast if it looks like breaking the resistance.
