It's an example of super bad crisis management. If something goes wrong, only way to save the customer trust is by being super transparent about all the issues. Then at least you have a chance to get merci from your customers once you resolve the issues.

Web works now, but can not do any withdraw. I suppose  they to that for avoid many withdraws first hours.

Yes, I just checked just now and it looks like they are back online. I don't know, but If I'm in your shoes, I will just withdraw everything there. Very weird that they went offline without official notifications. And as you all know, there are a lot of hacks, exit scams before pulled out. So don't be a victim of that and get out of that exchange before something happen that you will regret in the future.

If their official social media channels didn't announced anything about the shut down then might be they have some serious issues but it doesn't seems to be a scam to me. May be it is negligence of management that they can't update their users about the issue.
I have encountered chip-chap in the past and I didn't find any issue related to it's services.

With these statement, OP sees a small light lol.

Now come to think of it, there should be no such thing as negligence part once you provide a service because you are building your reputation here. And in 4 to 5 days offline without noticed to your users, does it really difficult to post an update on what's happening within that time period?

Their act is out of professionalism because customers needed to be inform about the ongoing rather than just going offline without any prior notice for going offline. The customers needed apology from the service provider as out of this could destroy their reputation.

I have described my point of view on that platform/service and its sudden shut down about which OP has asked, he/she should not take it as a "ray of hope"  Grin.

Indeed, professionally there is no such thing as negligence, it's really improper and shady.
But before reaching any conclusion it's better to wait for few more days (at least one week).

Hope your funds with them are not much? in case they decide not to come back into the game. These are many reasons while the forum senior members warn its members against putting funds into unverified platform either for Exchanges, Gaming platform among others. Scam has taken new dimension since the advent of cryptocurrency and we must keep up to the task in decoding their tactics before we fall victim.

im stupid Sad

Well, it's an expensive lesson, if anything. Some people learn the hard way. I hope that amount of money you could potentially lose on that platform isn't that significant to turn your life around in a negative manner. Just make sure to educate yourself, to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.

I don't think you should lose hope just yet though. Though I really don't know how you're going to get your money back with a platform with inactive social media accounts.
Should have a little patience and this might be resolved later on. If it isnt up for 3 days then waiting for a week before making any presumptions about for being a scam.
I've seen also some accusations before but most of them been resolved. No updates from them about such situation shows unprofessional with their service which do sucks.

About 2.5k euros. i have bitcoins and ethereums.

Jeebus. Do you mean worth 2.5k euros of BTC and ETH? Or do you have both fiat and crypto left on that platform? Any reason why you left your funds there instead of withdrawing them to your own wallet?

If you don't mind me asking, do you have any funds left in their platform? May it be fiat or bitcoin?

Not 100% sure, but these might be chip-chap's social media profiles:

If they were a legit and professional service, they'd probably announce on their social media why their website's down; especially for long a duration. Not saying it's a scam, but it's quite shady and very unprofessional; like what others said.

You should look into the possibility that the service is not legit. I found some scam accusations from the past while googling about them.

Being down for so many days without announcing anything in their social media website only shows how unprofessional they are.

Scam accusations seemed to be resolved for the most part, but you're completely correct about them being unprofessional for shutting down unannounced.
With resolved, I mean that staff from the website itself at least answered the person making the accusation, which usually shows that it might have been a mistake.
