I remember many reporting the same email thing on telegram but it's not that important I guess , I registered since pre-launch and at that time nobody was getting confirmation email
after the site launched I still haven't confirmed my email and now the only option I see is to change the email as well , but everything is working fine for me without verifying so I guess there is no need for it as long as you are sure the email is right with no typos ( anyways rep can give more info regarding that )

I got some confusion here,  I happen to fail to verify my email when I registered since I haven't noticed that the verification email was on the promotional tab. Then I read somewhere on the reply that the verification landed on the promotion tab of the email and when I checked it the token for verification had expired.  I tried to resend a verification but I received a request to reset the email.  I tried it several times and the same thing happens.  This is a small matter but I think it should be fixed.

They are a new casino. From what they mentioned, the domain was registered a long time ago for another small side business they had in the past, non-gambling/casino related.

I had the same verification email in Promotion, not in Inbox.

When I created account to submit my details for application in signature campaign, I did not check my email. Hours later, when I use my another computer, I tried to log in my account but I forgot one character and submitted "forgot password". This time, I check my email and see my verification email in Promotion, the support email for forgot password is in Inbox

I did not receive the email in the verification and have waited a few hearts but the message did not come in my gmail message, I have contacted directly via the support chat but they only replied to me once after I replied back they are not active even I have waited for one a full day waiting for the reply but it never came, whether services through support like this should be improved again.
Honestly, I have not tried to log out of my account from this PC, I am afraid that when I leave my account I will not log back in because of an error in the email, still I honestly feel that it is correct with the email.

And when I want to log in using Android and with the registered email I still can't enter, that's what I'm worried about when the account on the PC comes out, it won't go back in.

They are not new in the casino arena,  Chips.gg exists from a long time but its just that they recently introduced to this bitcointalk forum and created their ANN thread and also started their promotion through signature campaign.

^ That was great news tho, a crash is something different compared to dice or slot games even they are almost the same game mechanics  but the thrill that gives while you are playing is very interesting. The more games featured the more players have an option choosing a good one, or the games they like, we have different likes and dislikes games, and much better to have different options.

I think that they are having a good operation here as I have read that a give-away event with a chance of winning a Tesla will be held. Did you try to check promotion folder what arallmuus said? If not then try it maybe you can find the email. I have also got it in promotion folder
