I am a user of the betting company chips.gg. On 28.10.2023 I registered on the site. Made a deposit, made several bets on sports. I had a total deposit I withdrew 2000 dollars to my crypto wallet. There was 1360 dollars left on the bookmaker's balance. The next day my account was blocked, I can not log in and withdraw my money. The support service says that I violated the rules and they have the right to block my account and not pay my money.
This is what I tell people, you don't just bet or trade your money, but first look for the company that will be reputable enough to entrust your money with. I've never heard of chips.gg, and if I did, I would rather go for the most common ones and the ones that have a good presence here on Bitcointalk. If a company can't pay you a thousand bucks, I wonder when you have tens of it. Besides, thanks for telling and warning us here.

You have now done the opposite of what you advised the OP to do. If I were to choose the best platforms for betting, I would never hesitate to choose Chipsgg, which has proven its efficiency as well as its credibility since 2020, the year of its launch. Some members of Bitcointalk have successfully withdrawn more than 7 Bitcoins and the platform has successfully run a signature campaign for more than 7 months. To this day, the platform has its own active channel on the forum, and its official representative is also active frequently. -snip-
Good luck to you on that but don't mislead others, just go for it and never you come here to cry foul when you are another victim of your withdrawal. 7BTC now or then? Is it what freaks you even as it's for the entire BTT member's withdrawal? Something that is a single person's withdrawal elsewhere without a problem? Or the 7-month campaign, what about those who have years and still counting? And for your information, I fully understand what I wrote even if you didn't. I know my definition of reputation and active presence, your chips.gg failed that and you can't force yours on me.
What I meant is that if the right choice is the result of good research, then the chipsgg platform will be at the top of the list of choices. The research will not tell you what will happen in the future, but it will give you an idea about the platform’s history and reputation over the years since its launch. I do not criticize the platform at all, nor do I defend it as a scam platform, but I trust the records of trust on the forum, including the members who left trusted feedback on the profile of the official representative. Do you know who are darkstar and sygambler?
Meanwhile, this does not encourage ignoring op's claims. I don't know why your comment seems a little angry to me. I didn't accuse you of anything.

It looks like OP knows what he or she was doing.

Look at the screenshots. The casino representative says that OP broke the rules and they answer with "return my money then." This makes me feel like OP either did not read the rules and did not know what rules were broken, or read them and knew but thought that the scam will work or not and if it doesn't then it's off to a new casino but the chips team cheated the cheater by taking all the money on his account, not only the ones placed on the table.

Both sides aren't acting good.
OP doesn't want to disclose what they were doing that drew the attention of the casino.
Casino doesn't want to clarify what the problem was and wants to take all of OP's money.

You both look dirty.
Do you understand what you are writing about? I'm not hiding anything. I made several sports bets. And everything. I ask them to return my deposit.

I cant read the conversations on the screenshots also which matches did you play there?
They said that you break the rules, which one? Fixed match, arbitrage betting, late betting or what?
Need more information to understand about the issue.
the OP is basically being accused of breaking chips.gg rule 4.12. chips.gg is basically accusing the OP of breaking the gambling site rule 4.12.(check Mahdirakib previous post, he made a hyperlink to the rule)

Yes I have read it and its about cashout but the OP said he didnt cashout at all, so Im curious what is the real issue here.
Well, it looks like the OP has no interest to continue his accusation.

How can I prove that I didn't break the rules? I just made some sports bets. I know that this site previously had a license, as I have read a lot of reviews and reviews about it. Right now I can't find the license information on this site. After I withdrew $2000, I didn't make a single bet. After 2 days, I found out that my account was blocked.

It's going to be what we call "he said she said", the casino says that you didn't break the rule, but you think otherwise.

It's true that Chips.gg has been in this community, however, there are several accusations against the already.

No, I was withdrawing money only after the end of the match. I will say more - when I was withdrawing money, more than a day has passed since the last bet.
so, this is another case of "he said she said", what I mean about that is the gambling site says you broke a rule and you say you didn't. anyway, I sent their forum representative(chipsgg) a PM informing him of this scam accusation, looking at this profile, it looks like he checks in from time to time so he might see my PM about this scam accusation when he comes online again.

For OP, I advise him to contact the team via official channel (post the issue in their official ANN thread before posting a scam accusation), and if get n response then you can contact its official representative via private forum messages.

Btw If it Curacao license, then there must be a seal and clickable on the website. Usually the casinos put in on the footer (desktop version) but some casinos are not put the seal on their mobile version.
Or you can check it here https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/authenticity

@Aanuoluwatofunmi and @EarnOnVictor, Chips.gg is an old casino and used to be a reputable as well. They are older than both of you in Bitcointalk forum. They had also ran sig campaign for 52 weeks. However, they aren't doing good lately.

They used to have a gambling license in the past, but they have lost it a few months ago (after this complicity). I'm not sure whether the representative of Chips.gg will show their interest to clarify the issue here or not. Still, you can ask them for some explanation by providing the link of this thread. Chips.gg hasn't been reviewed by Askgamblers, so I can't suggest any mediators to you. Your screenshots aren't clear, but it looks like the support agent has pointed out the terms number 4.12, which is about the 'cash out'. Have you cashed out your bets while the event was live?

It's annoying that they do it to gainers, but if you are a loser, you are always welcome. Gambling on sports is one of the easiest ways to make money, some of the casinos frown at it and instead of giving you all your pay and saying goodbyes since you are a threat to them, they would rather pocket the money and start quoting nonsense terms and conditions since there is no one to help.

I don't think you can get this money back, but still, try better to mount pressure on them and threaten to paint them badly on social media platforms, maybe they wouldn't want your trouble and pay your remaining balance.

This should be what you could have done before now, making a thorough research about the gambling platform, you also don't made mention of the name of the platform involved, the chat evidence you provided are not clear enough for visibility, have you considered that thing like this are on of the reasons why choosing a reputable gambling platform is very important, atleast if such would have been from this forum, maybe you could have engage their representative on their ANN thread discussion.

First let me help you by projecting your images for you here for everyone to see, since your rank does not permit for that, secondly, to be honest with you, your case seems to come with alot of complacence and i don't know where to even started, you were told to have violated the rules, yet you think there's nothing wrong you did, who is then lying, are you or the casino, did you make research about their integrity and reputation before using the gambling platform, have you also taken a step back to review the last activities you did that enables you withdraw $2000 before the next that you're told to have violated their rules, have you taken your time as well in reading through their website rules and regulations, maybe you should check on this few ones first.

Lastly, all your evidences are blur, are these also intentional or what.
