I don't think it's a good idea to stream with someone who has an ongoing case since it can affect a business's reputation easily. 4 days later, withdrawal still disabled after fully verified kyc , reason why? account review ( 4 days already) no updates nothing , and its a common practice just searched their discord and they someone posted the same where they did this for over 2 weeks
I think it depends on the data, country, and level of verification.Some of users have different experiences and some of them can be fast. I also believe, If your data can supported with "English" like Local Laguage and next having English language. These could faster your verification.
If your ID and other data are fully local words, they need times to verify + level verify is also supported for how long the verification is gonna to be take. Usually, If they can't verified the data cause due "local" they will ask you to re-do with other data (mostly passport cause can support international language).

It may not be really defending, but sometimes when it comes to Kyc, it takes longer than we think to actually verify, and if it's taking longer than expected, it's best to just contact the support system for a better explanation, and they might be finding a way to verify your issue, and since it's been reported, I believe you should exercise more patience because that will be required at the expense of doing everything they can to make their customers happy. Small time for clarification will be better we know that chipps will resolve this so their is nothing to actually worry about mate.

I have some issue 3 years ago, I created both CASINO GURU & Bitcointalk.There is nothing wrong, at least you can try and finally can be solved after created the thread. So, It's worth to tried & is free.... IMO you should use all resource you can use. Especially if the resource you are using is free without any payment at all.

Maybe since he is that next to them and also running an active signature campaign it would serves more better for that issues, although there is no guaranteed that he would resolved the issues but at least he can reach out to them and also explain to them. There is no guarantee he would solved all the problems with immediate effects but I believe he may try his best in other to maintain good relationship with them. Please while contacting endeavor to explain issues with details and solid evidence on how it goes.

I follow this rule very strictly of not to keep my crypto on any online and centralized sites. Even when i keep only the money with which i need to gamble on the site and avoid putting extra amount there. Some people may argue that moving the funds back and forth the decentralized wallet and gambling site may eat up some of your money in terms of transaction fee but this is only true in case you are using bitcoin or ethereum for gambling. Other coins have almost nil transaction fee like tron or Dogecoin and they are cheap too.

I joined about 7 days ago, and in the first day when i tried to make withdrawal attempts at least 5 times it had some error to which i had to be refunded and wait for them to fix their website but i did withdraw after,
now 2 days ago after winning 2 bets i went to withdraw but for some reason it said it was temporarily disabled and contact support to which i did and they told me it was a account review and to do kyc.
i attempted to do the level 2 kyc but like before their site is completly full of bugs and whenever i try it says "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'status')"
i have contacted support about this 2 days ago and they tell me they are fixing it and i even offered to send all information required via email or something but nothing no help and im stuck without being able to withdraw for no fault of my own only errors on site end

Their representative is giving you a possible solution to your issue so better to cooperate and just give him a feedback if it doesn't work to work out with other solution.
Shit things really happen and you need to give some updates towards what you do so that they would know on how they could able to help your case. Contact them again to update your issue so that you would know that suspended withdrawal option still exist on your account.
If they are not answering you then I guess people will listen to your suggestion, but since they are answering maybe best to give sometime to do necessary action on the issue happened in your account.
i already contacted their support and told them i passed kyc and showed too(screenshots) and they said they would contact and give this info and wait on updates and then told me 15 minutes later its still the same and my account still on review , when asked why they dont know either
chips.gg is trying hard not to payout if you search even on this forum its a common pratice
