I haven't played "Hoarder 2", but I have played this right X Split a lot. NoLimit slots can be very crazy, and that craziness goes both ways... they can give a lot, but if it's not our day they will take it all away. I’m not sure if we can consider as deposit is it because the prize I claimed is via notification thru cash reload.
Like many cases happened to me evertime my withdrawal is being cancelled or not being process I ended it up losing all.

I’m contact with the support now as you said, they will take a look with this matter. I’m not expecting for compensation but I will surely appreciate it. lol
Hopefully those other winners give some feedback about the prize..

Hmm, that's strange for you because I withdrew my first winning without even any deposit as the requirements of the bonus was same as usual No wager requirements .
Mine was a 100$ win of which I stake a sportbet of 10$ and withdrew 90$ and yeah the fee was abit high but didn't make any deposit to get my bonus cash out and this is not my first time winning and all twice was before I made a deposit in my chips account.
